The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

La Petite Maison - Nature and Calm

Independent guest house in Touraine in a hamlet totally dedicated to holidays. In the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting, our little house is the ideal starting point for numerous walks or bike rides, or for a visit to Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away, or for exploring the Châteaux of the Loire. The châteaux of the Loire are 40 minutes away and the Brenne nature park 20 minutes.

The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
