Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Lake Chemillé-sur-Indre and tree climbing are 15 minutes away. Just want to rest or go fishing: a private 2 ha pond awaits you 300 m from the cottage. Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.

A closed shelter is available to store bikes.
