The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). A muret, en étage. Une chambre avec lit en 160, une pièce à vivre avec une cuisine et un canapé qui se transforme en 140. Il est possible de cuisiner, c'est très calme, drap, linge de toilette disponible. Idéal pour deux, possible d’y dormir à 4 mais le logement en étage au dessus de bureaux fait 37 m2 ce n’est pas grand. Le second couchage est un canapé qui se trouve dans l’espace séjour cuisine. Il est un peu excentré, 5 min à pied du centre ville. Piscine partagée.

Superb new studio located in a quiet area of Toulouse, near the Matabiau train station (11 min walk) and the hypercenter. Air-conditioning, contemporary decoration, it has all the comfort for a tourist stay or a business trip. Moreover, it is a non-smoking area. The studio is located on the 1st floor. It is adjacent to our house but independent (separate entrance).
