We offer a 63 m2 wood-built apartment adjoining our main residence with two parking spaces, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed. full pellet stove works about 4 days if well managed, €10 will be requested per additional bag. We are 7 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Seilh Golf and 3 minutes from the Exhibition Park. Close to Beauzelle shopping area. In Blagnac, from the mall.

A space to rest

My studio is in a family home, access is completely independent to preserve your privacy. double bed, single bed for separate sleeping, table, chair, shelf… We ask you to inform us of the number of people, separate bed or not, reason for your stay and if possible the time of arrival. Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants.

Air-conditioning, contemporary decoration, it has all the comfort for a tourist stay or a business trip. Moreover, it is a non-smoking area. The studio is located on the 1st floor. It is adjacent to our house but independent (separate entrance).

We welcome you to a suite with separate entrance upstairs of our house. Overlooking our patio, you will be perfectly quiet. The suite is new (September 2021) and equipped with all the necessities (Kitchenette, Bathroom and separate toilet, bed linen) for a pleasant stay. And we offer you breakfast.
