Relaxation and calm guaranteed. This suite annexed to a main residence is composed of a bedroom, a large living area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and access to a large terrace with a swimming pool. Located facing south, this accommodation also benefits from a very nice view of the surrounding countryside and the Pyrenees. It is located in a hillside village, 7 minutes by car from the Ramonville metro station and 20 minutes from the centre of Toulouse. Secure private parking available

Small cozy studio, quiet and air-conditioned, fully equipped.

Accommodation for one person. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to the 13-square-meter studio adjoining the house, air-conditioned since 07/2025. It is completely independent with its own entrance, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and bed in 140*190 with an excellent new bultex mattress, TV with Chromecast and Netflix, Wi-Fi Fully equipped, everything will be provided for you, for the kitchen, bedding... close to Toulouse, Airbus, the airport... key handover upon arrival in person.

L'aurore outbuilding with views of the Pyrenees

Characterful outbuilding of about 100 m2 with views of the Pyrenees. Ground floor with kitchen open to the living room. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large balcony, bathroom and toilet. Second bedroom, 2 single beds with bathroom and toilet. 1 sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room. For sunny days, terrace with garden table, barbecue (charcoal not included). Garden furniture on the pool side. Petanque court with a table for more conviviality!

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

The accommodation comprises a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with bay windows, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink, 2 terraces. It is surrounded by meadows and forests. The altitude is 750m, the distance to Foix 5km. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and essential cooking product are provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.

Parking, entrance and terrace are private and the pool is shared. The whole is suitable for 4 people and not recommended for families with small children (<5 years old). (staircase, pool)

This studio is part of a charming house in the heart of the city, located in one of the typical "pousterles" of the city of Auch (medieval staircase connecting the upper and lower town). Its location is ideal for visiting the historic center and enjoying local activities (walking distance to the cathedral, market, bars/restaurants, tourist office, museums, banks of the Gers, shops, etc.). This little cocoon will guarantee you a peaceful and 100% Auscitain stay.

A space to rest

My studio is in a family home, access is completely independent to preserve your privacy. double bed, single bed for separate sleeping, table, chair, shelf… We ask you to inform us of the number of people, separate bed or not, reason for your stay and if possible the time of arrival. Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants.
