Great stay – the apartment had everything I needed for a short business trip to Toulouse. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Guilhem is a responsive, welcoming and accommodating host. The studio is very clean and functional. Parking space is a real plus. The studio is a little out of the way but the bus stop is right in front of the residence and in 15 min you are in the center. There is a convenience store, bakery and pizzeria a short walk away as well. We recommend 🙂

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with a double bed is perfect for hosting them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a nice outdoor courtyard. As described, trains pass nearby but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. I would recommend this place, we were hosted very well step by step remotely. Thanks to Sandrine and Alex

It's a very good location and quiet for sleeping. For us it was an important criterion after our visits to this wonderful city of Toulouse to sleep well. The location is 10 to 20 minutes from Place du Capitole, Basilica Saint-Sernin, Bemberg Foundation Museum and the Carmes and Esquirol metro. We were able to take the train to visit the medieval city of Carcassonne. Leaving the apartment and seeing the old Garonne bridge and walking there in the manner of the great painters, plunges us into another era. It's so nice to move around to the lively places and soak up this beautiful city and in the evening to be able to rest in the quiet in this beautiful apartment after walking through these beautiful neighborhoods. Small studio in a good location in the city center close to the Capitol (9 min walk) in a secure residence. A free parking space under the building. Functional, clean, bright and fairly quiet accommodation. Friendly host. I would highly recommend it.

Lynda's airbnb rental is exactly as pictured- and as she freely admits in her own words-it is not a grand and country quiet estate. But...it is very clean, nicely equipped for those who wish to do meals at “home” and (Overall and compared to many other comparable units in historic centers) quiet. The patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy your evening salad 🥗 and a glass of vin rouge 🍷 Linda goes out of her way to be communicative and helpful. Having some English news channels available - as well as streaming services- is always welcome for the wind-down before slumber Lynda always seems to leave her guests a couple of treats and a “welcome” bottle of wine- and her Airbnb is (literally)- across the street (and a couple doorways down) from the Toulouse Matabiau train station Lynda offers a great value for those seeking to enjoy all the wonders of walkable city center Toulouse. Enjoy!

Guillaume was nice and very responsive. Stayed in the apartment for a month and there was no other apartment at a more affordable price in Toulouse. A very handy location with a direct access to the bypass and free parking. The apartment would benefit from better and more pleasant lighting and a more detailed clean. Overall, great for short and cost-effective stays!

Minimalist apartment, spacious and bright. The living room opens onto a balcony that is not overlooked, and well oriented. Huge TV screen. The Wifi works well. You can easily find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance of the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away... great for unloading and reloading the car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last moment, with my 2 small dogs, I thank her warmly. I found the mattress in the room a little hard for my taste. I appreciated being able to stay until noon.

Simone is very welcoming, available. The apartment was very clean. The environment is nice. The residence is secure and has parking. To get to the center of Toulouse, the bus stop is nearby.
