The studio is really perfect! Light, spacious and a lovely terrace. Nearby many amenities and only fifteen minutes walk to the city center. The studio is clean, fresh and equipped with absolutely everything!

Great location. No parking but you can drop off and park around the corner. Top of the street there is a plaza and restaurants. Up and then down to the left is a bigger plaza. The palace is about a 15 minute walk. You have to go to the rooftop bar at Riu Hotel. Incredible. 10 minute walk.

The apartment was in perfect condition. Susana was very kind to us and it was a pleasure to stay in such a lively area for that price.

This is a lovely and beautifully decorated apartment right in the center of Madrid. It’s a 15 minute walk to the three main museums, or you can catch the metro right outside the front door. Even though the neighborhood is bustling, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all around, the third floor apartment is amazingly quiet. The host is super helpful and arranged for us to drop our bags early while the apartment was being cleaned (for a small fee). I would definitely stay here again next time.

Great spot close to the airport.

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

We had a very nice time and in Alberto's house. From minute zero Alberto has always been very attentive to how we were going through it, giving us plans to do in the area. The house is small but has everything you need to spend a few days close to the swamp.

I think it was one of the best experiences I've had in recent years. We needed to disconnect and we did it. We were very sad to leave this spectacular, super cozy little house. The solid wood furniture is the best and I slept like a queen in the comfortable beds. I didn't want the hours to pass. Gustavo and his mother, the owners, were so kind and welcoming that we will hold them in our hearts forever. We love you family. Graciela and Justin.

The host was extremely nice and accomodating. Our group arrived really late as our day trips had some delay. The host waited for us and communicated well so that the checkin process was completed without any issues. The unit itself is amazing, super large spaces to park, and also having fun times with outdoor swimming pool and BBQ. I think it's a perfect place for large group as that can accomodate at least 12 people if you rent out all the units in the complex. The only tough part is that it's in a gated community, so you will need to coordinate with the host a bit to reach the actual unit itself, but it will be worth it. Lastly, the shower there is amazing.

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

We have passed a great bridge. The house is amazing and the children have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool, which looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

We met a very nice and very nice couple upon arrival, they left us a delicious homemade tiramisu in the fridge and also fresh eggs and a bottle of wine They gave us blackberries and showed us the animals The pool is very nice The house was very clean and very tidy And they recommended places to shop and visit We recommend it 100% for families who want peace and quiet and like animals In addition, Mari Angeles and Jose Antonio were very nice and very pleasant

Second time we've stayed at the same house, everything was perfect, the area for BBQ is unbeatable, the house was warm when we arrived, the hot water comes out instantly. Everything was perfect, the truth is we will definitely be back next year. Thank you for everything.

Very good choice, the house is perfectly equipped and in a very good location. Both Angelines and her husband were flexible with check-in and check-out times from the start, which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful house with lots of activites for kids and adults. The house had a nice vibe to it and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded so I would advise a rental car. Frederic was exceptionally friendly, highly responsive, and went out of his way to assist us. He even brought our forgotten passport to the airport for us!

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time :) great location, in the very center of the city, warm apartment (we were in February). A great base for exploring the nearby mountains!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
