Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
