We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

"la casina di Nada" già dal nome si intuisce la dolcezza anche nei minimi particolari, per non parlare della cura dei dettagli sia nell' arredamento che nei confort offerti come ciabatte, tappi per le orecchie, saponette, cuffiette ecc il tutto contornato da bellissimi fiorellini a decorare. Un posto fantastico scelto come location per le foto oltre che la preparazione di trucco e parrucco per il nostro matrimonio, la scalinata esterna si è prestata meravigliosamente per l'uscita della sposa ed il taglio del nastro. Tutto meraviglioso lo consigliamo vivamente. Ancora grazie ai magnifici proprietari!

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Molino Verde (Appartement Ginestra) und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung, das Anwesen, der Garten im Olivenhain und der traumhaft saubere und große Pool sind unbeschreiblich schön. Haben Orte, wie Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi und Orvieto besucht. Alles mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Zum Abschluss gab es immer eine Erfrischung im Pool. Barbecue und Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Sogar im Olivenöl gibt es lauschige Plätze mit Hängematten zum Entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Nicoletta und Fabiana, die so lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Auch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Saskia, die uns von der Buchung bis zum Abschied begleitet hat. Alles Liebe und Gute, a presto Familie Roth Ps. Das Olivenöl von Molino Verde schmeckt vorzüglich und wir haben gleich noch Vorrat für Zuhause mitgenommen.

Adele and Patrik are a great team. Adele met us in the square, as we had a rental car, and then helped us with our bags to the home. It’s a decent walk—we had two kids and grandmas with us—and thankfully, everyone was able to manage the steep walkways. The views from this home are the best we’ve ever seen. You’re just a 3–5 minute walk, depending on your pace, from a small grocery shop, restaurants, a church, the underground tour, and more. It was the perfect location for the wedding we attended. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, so a rental car isn’t really necessary unless you’re traveling after hours. Adele was available 24/7 to answer questions and was very accommodating. Our entire family had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for everything!

Logement très spacieux et très agréable, conforme à la description. Situation idéale pour visiter l'Ombrie. Claudia et Roberto sont très sympathiques. Accueil très agréable, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Environnement très calme et idéal pour se ressourcer. Chauffage central très efficace. Restaurant incroyable et de coût abordable à Izzalini. Nous reviendrons certainement et recommandons ce très beau logement.
