In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. In a few minutes you are at the beaches and restaurants of Santa Sabina or the shopping of Carovigno. Ostuni, the famous "White City," is about 15 minutes away. For the sunny but cooler months, the villa has gas central heating and a fireplace. Air conditioning is available for the summer.
