Corner House Roses

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

Epic Rooftop Terrace overlooking Civita valley

MassimilianoRating, 5 stars1 month ago
great experience in a truly impeccable and functional home. Host Martina is truly impeccable, professional and friendly. Spectacular terrace. We had a very good time and felt comfortable. Very convenient location for tourist attractions such as Orvieto and Viterbo and of course a short walk from the spectacular Civita di Bagnoregio. Highly recommended!!
A kitchen area is presented with a wooden countertop and stylish tiled surface. A sink and a gas stove are integrated into the design. Natural light enters through large windows, highlighting the rustic wooden beams and decorative elements, including a potted plant and a centerpiece with flowers.

Orvieto green apartment

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. Communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and surroundings are very nice, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. On the terrace there are seating areas, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civitia di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

Villa Blue Melon - private beach

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Merula – Ancient Farmhouse

LucreziaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Private apartment inside a beautiful villa, 15 minutes drive to Orvieto. Clean, cozy and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast is prepared entirely by them (different types of jams, tarts, bread and even rusks), in addition to everything else. The owners are super nice and willing to give advice on where to eat, find local products and get around the area. You can also taste their wines. We only stayed one night, but if we had more time, we would definitely have spent it with them.
A scenic view of Civita di Bagnoregio is captured from a distance, showcasing the medieval town perched atop a rugged cliff. A footbridge extends towards the town, which features a bell tower and ancient stone buildings, set against a backdrop of rolling hills and soft, golden light.

A rental like no other in the heart of Civita

DrewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family of 5 loved it. To say this is a unique experience would be an understatement. There are subterranean Etruscan chambers that lead to a private terrace with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the setting is amazing. The kitchen was perfect for making home meals and everyone has space to spread out. If you want to stay in Civita (and you are up for the foot bridge leading into the city) look no further.
