Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Torre Pedrera

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Excellent séjour, Vanessa est une personne très gentille, accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle a même fait l'effort pour répondre en français à nos questions. La maison est très belle, bien située, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, très agréable à vivre. Location a conseillé aux amis pour passer un agréable séjour. Aucune remarque désagréable à formulé.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern bei Stefano und es hat uns überaus gut gefallen! Die Lage war sehr, sehr ruhig und man war sehr schnell zu Fuß bei der U Bahn, wo wir alle Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos erreichen konnten. Der Vatikan war fußläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war wirklich herrlich zum draußen sitzen, wo wir unseren Prosecco genießen konnten, der schon vom Gastgeber für uns kaltgestellt wurde. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Gabriel byl velmi dobrým hostitelem. I přes náš problém, kdy nám byl ukraden klíč nám velmi pohotově pomohl. Jsme mu za to moc vděční. Kuchyň dobře vybavená a byli jsme mile překvapeni základními potravinami: cukr, sůl, ocet, olivový olej, káva.

Ich kann Jacopos Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt gibt es in der Umgebung tolle Restaurants, einen Supermarkt und eine ruhige Umgebung. Jacopo hat uns wunderbare Tipps und Hinweise gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich auch, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wären die Betten für mich, die Matratzen sind leider sehr hart und wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Uno dei soggiorni più confortevoli e piacevoli di sempre. Davide è super disponibile e l’alloggio è all’ultimo grido: Netflix, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, cucina super fornita, letti comodi e spaziosi, ci si potrebbe stare fino a 6-7 persone volendo! Parcheggio facile da trovare e poco costoso. Peccato per la posizione un po’ scomoda e leggermente fuori mano, ma basta fare pochi minuti con l’auto, o con i monopattini o con le navette e sei al centro di tutto! Posso dire: UNA GARANZIA!

Abbiamo soggiornato con soddisfazione in Attico 31 in occasione del Rimini Wellness. Posizione strategica (Rivabella), 2,8 km dall'ingresso Est, quindi facilità nel raggiungere la fiera a piedi in poco più di 30 minuti. Con una passeggiata di 2,5 km circa si arriva anche a Marina Centro o in Centro Storico, tutto alla portata purché si voglia camminare un minimo. Appartamento spazioso, dotato dei comfort che ci si aspetta da una casa con doppia stanza letto (apprezzati doppi servizi e lavanderia), ben tenuto e pulito che si affaccia sulla spiaggia (siamo letteralmente a 3 metri di distanza dalla sabbia) con presenza di numerose attività lungo la via in cui si trova (bar, ristoranti, gelaterie etc). Pet friendly. Host reattivo ed amichevole. Contentissimi.

Casa perfetta! Vicino alla spiaggia e con parcheggio interno alla proprietà. Il sig Massimo è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha consigliato anche diversi posti dove poter andare nei dintorni. Inoltre ci ha anche fornito culla e seggiolone per il bambino. Consigliato per chi come noi ha bambini piccoli.

Alloggio pulito e confortevole, vicinissimo al mare ma in una via molto tranquilla con poco passaggio. Il padrone di casa Walter molto gentile e disponibile. Posto auto interno cortile molto comodo vista la scarsità di parcheggio esterna tipica dei posti di mare!

Sweet, easy amd nice place

Ottimo alloggio, comodo e facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada. A 10 minuti in macchina dal lungomare, perfetto per chi vuole stare in una zona tranquilla! Vania è stata super disponibile e gentile!

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, in un bel condominio, a due passi da tutto ma sito in una zona tranquilla. Il posto auto riservato è sicuramente un plus. Considerando la qualità dei servizi ci si può muovere senza auto. Enrico e sua madre sono gentilissimi e comunicativi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Waren 10 Übern. nach einer 2-wö. Rundreise bei Stefano, sehr bemühter Gastgeber, persönl. Empfang, hat zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles i.O. ist, war immer schnell erreichbar, unkompliziert, Aptm. sauber, alles da was benötigt wird, jede Menge Handtücher, Badetücher, Strandtücher, Geschirrtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel, Fön, Toilettenpapier. Da wir nur mit Handgepäck unterwegs waren ein großer Vorteil, auch die Waschmaschine, sogar Waschmittel vorrätig, Spülmittel, Salz Pfeffer, Balsamico, Olivenöl, Kaffekapseln, Mikrowelle, alles da. Kleiner Bestand an Gläser und Geschirr, könnte man kochen. Schöner Außenbereich mit Coach und Sicht auf den Leuchtturm. Klimaanlage einwandfrei, gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt unten im Haus, gegenüber wunderbares Café, kann man frühstücken mit den Einheimischen. Im Haus versch. Restaurants, kann nachts schon mal lange laut sein mit Musik. Da wir viel reisen, können wir auch unterschiedl. beurteilen, Stef. ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Danke Stefano

L'appartamento di Sara è grande e comodo e avere a disposizione due bagni è fantastico. Sara è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ci ha fatto anche trovare una torta fatta da lei (buonissima), un pensiero che abbiamo apprezzato veramente tanto. Consigliatissimo!
