Absolutely great accommodation with an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Fabio is very nice and helpful. Great bars and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the place, it's very special!

We had wonderfull time. We were 3 families, each has 2 small kids. The garden is briliant for the kids. They have swings inside the garden and the whole garden is behind the fence, so u dont have to worry about kids. It was like a little heaven on earth.

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. The place beautiful and with immaculate views overlooking the sea. Everything super clean and comfortable. Tara & Simone were super lovely and hosted us with lovely sparkling wine and Sardinian cakes. The area in general has a lot to offer with easy access to beaches, hikes and a beautiful park. 💯 recommend for everyone who loves amazing views and appreciates the nature.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s house! Short walk to the local beach, with many other beautiful beaches within a 10-20 min drive and the city center within 7 min drive. Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as listed, and there is a great patio to relax on in the evening and enjoy the view. Valentina was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend her place!

My wife and I (over 60) were able to enjoy the remarkable and extremely as well as lovable and extensive hospitality of Marco and his family members for 3 weeks. Everything was just right and there was not the slightest reason for criticism or dissatisfaction for us. We therefore thank you again for this great stay in this great accommodation. It would exceed the space here and the time frame of all if we listed everything we liked very much. It is all the easier to enumerate what was not right. There is nothing to list. The house and the care by Marco are definitely to be classified as highly recommended. We will definitely visit it again when we have the chance!

Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The place was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. Sa Ruxi beach is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also within a few minutes by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We were 8 adults and 3 Children. We had a wonderful time in Gloria's beautiful house and are more than happy to recommend this accommodation! The house is spacious, tasteful and nicely renovated. The 5 rooms are well and conveniently furnished. Two well-maintained bathrooms and a toilet, all renovated and very clean. The terrace has a very large table that offers space for everyone. The garden is beautiful, pine trees and southern plants, sun loungers, and space to play and linger. And enough space for cars behind the house. An outdoor shower with hot water - so pleasant! It's only about 200 steps to the clean sandy beach. The sea was still warm at the end of September/early October, and it had few people on the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the sea - beautiful vibe on the beach and in the garden! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is not unlimited - for a large group like ours a challenge ;) Gloria was very quick to respond.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a group of friends! We had a car and everything was very close. The house is big, clean and with a pool and bbq - what else can you want! Thanks Riccardo!

The space was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the courtyard is great when the weather is nice. However, the area is noisy at night and there was not much hot water. I would recommend the place and the host was very kind and responded to our requests very quickly. The rooms are all independent and communicate from the outside of the house so you have to go outside to have access to the rooms.

We had a fantastic time at the villa! The place is just as beautiful as the pictures – maybe even better. Especially the large, clean pool and the quiet location in the private complex with great views made our stay perfect. Communication with Sabrina was great from the beginning – she was always available, welcomed us warmly and provided us with many tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. Check-in and amenities were also absolutely straightforward and thoughtful. The location is ideal between Cagliari and the beaches of Chia – perfect for day trips and relaxation. We were there with several people and had plenty of room – inside and outside. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

An absolutely fabulous house in a very private setting. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad! There was a short walk to a very quiet beach with turquoise water surrounded by hills. The host was very responsive and any issues will had were sorted out within 15 minutes! There are not many restaurants to walk to but the house had a well quipped kitchen and a BBQ. I will certainly be returning!

Roberto and his family welcomed us in their beautiful, spatious and amazing Villa. The entry garden is beautiful, and elegant, the pool is big and deep, the tennis court is recent and with perfect light for nocturne play. The villa was also perfect with outside space close to the pool. AC was also present in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. In addition, Roberto took very good care of us by making sure we had everything we need, including booking a taxi when needed. Finally, I can only highly recommend this Villa as Top choice from south Sardaigna. Best,

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Federico and Monica were excellent hosts. They were always super helpful, when we arrived the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom needed replacing, Monica quickly dealt with and we had a new fitted a few days later. Because the room was a little dusty after, Monica arranged for the cleaner to come and replaced the bedsheets and towels at the same time. My son and daughter had to leave a day and as the flight was very early in the morning I was able to arrange through Monica to get picked up by Elia. This was really appreciated. The villa itself is very big and has everything you need. The views of the mountains are really special. We went to Cala Sinzias and Punta Molentis. We did prefer Cala Sinzias due to the location, the restaurant, toilet facilities and the clear shallow water. Cagliari itself has lots of restaurants and wine bars and cute shops. We also visited Colline Del Vento vineyard and did the dinner package. It was a lovely evening and we would recommend.

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

The house is really beautiful. It is well equipped and has air conditioning. Flexible fly screens on almost all doors and windows. Electric skylight with external roller blind. All in all, a quiet location. A very nice pool and great loungers, we had a problem with the pool, which was immediately resolved. The contact on site was really great and also the owner was very correct and friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten track, so you really always need the car. The only thing that is a little difficult is the whole garbage disposal. Because firstly, the waste separation and collection is a change, but leaving the house waste-free is a challenge. If the owner had not taken this problem off our hands, it would not have been solvable for us. I appreciate it. Thanks 🙏 We will definitely be back at some point.

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

Andrea looked after kindly from the beginning. The images of the listing correspond exactly to the accommodation. The entire place is clean, tidy and in good condition. We also loved the outdoor area and the pool. You have everything you need in the accommodation. If we needed information from Andrea, she responded to us in a timely manner. Unfortunately, only the oven was not clean and is also hotter than the selected temperature. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book and recommend it again! :)
