St. Frediano's Nest in Lucca

St. Frediano's Nest has this name because, once you're up the stairs to the 3rd floor of this ancient building, you'll be welcomed by a lovely home, with an intimate atmosphere and soft colors. In the summer evenings you can hear music and the voices of the people at the pizzeria. There is a small living with a dining table, a couch and a tv set. The kitchenette is well equipped but narrow. We have a large fridge and a good dishwasher. The main bedroom is a standard size for Italy, the 2nd bedroom is definitely small. Going up the stairs you reach our roof patio: this space will give you so much relaxation and an unforgettable view of old Lucca. On the terrace there is a nice couch, a large table, chairs and lights, so that you can make the best of your time here with your family or friends. There is NO washing machine.

The house also offers a spacious terrace where you can wind down and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals.

Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

On the ground floor, the living room with sofa, equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a garden with patio to enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners outdoors. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower You can reach the entrance to the house by car and park for free in the immediate vicinity. 3 bicycles are available for guests.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

The house is located on a high hill about 600 meters above sea level and is located within a small village. It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
