Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

A great place for walks and cycle routes. For the more adventurist cyclist we have Aberdeenshire's only purpose built Mountain Bike Trail Center, only a short ride away. In the nearby village of Tarland,there is a 9-hole course for the golf enthusiast.
