We would recommend Matteo's accommodation without hesitation. It is a charming little house with character, quiet and with magnificent views of the mountains. The location is ideal, there are a lot of hikes in the area and it is close to the castle of Fenis, the fort of Bard, 30 min from Aosta and so on. There is something for everyone! Matteo is very friendly, responsive by message and does not hesitate to give advice to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. (not to mention the little touches when we arrived🥰) If the opportunity arises, we'll be happy to come back to his place, to visit the other castles in the valley🙃.

Really beautiful house, on three floors, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the mountains. Great location near the center within walking distance. We were welcomed by the parents, fantastic and very kind people. Alessia is a very helpful and caring host. I highly recommend it and hope to go back. Thanks and congratulations, Alessia.

Gabriele's house is such a gem. A peaceful place with a 'feeling-right-at-home' atmosphere. Spacious, with everything that one needs, and even more, especially in the kitchen. The living and the bed room are very spacious with good air circulation. The surrounding is very quiet and peaceful. For me Gabriele's place was the perfect home base to discover the different hiking areas in the area. All within a short reach by car. The village has an awesome small pizzeria just a short walk away, and more options for dining out within a short distance by car. Gabriele was always available for any question and I felt very well taken care of. Upon arrival I was greeted by Franca, who is such a lovely, warm lady. She showed me everything and was too always available to answer any question. Gabriele and Franca are both amazing humans who will make you feel very welcome. Franca's dog has a special place in my heart too :)

This is a beautiful place to stay

Both Sylviane and her husband were extremely accommodating and wonderful hosts! The location is perfect, easily accessible for us even without a car. The cabin was so cozy and we loved their cat and dog, Mya!!❤️ couldn’t recommend more, we’ll be back!!

Tastefully decorated, warm and very well-equipped accommodation (lots of utensils available). Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Anthony and Lorane were available and welcoming and recommended restaurants for us. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay! We recommend without hesitation:)

Good accommodation with all the comforts: kitchen has everything you need and the place is wonderfully quiet, great bed with even different types of pillows, top bathroom etc. We would have liked the hedge around the garden to be a bit lower :)! But we still sat in the evening sun in the lawn behind the house with a view on all sides. We were there in May, not much hospitality in the surrounding villages was open but Aosta is lively! Federica is super friendly and always responds really quickly. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!

The view from the balcony is amazing of the Matterhorn. Quiet location above the city. Hiking trail right off the front steps. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Zermatt.

This is a really great place to stay! You can see a stunning view of Matterhorn right in front of you. The way up to the accommodation is quite steep, so if you have a large suitcase, it might be a bit challenging to carry it. However, the breathtaking view is absolutely worth the effort. I truly loved staying there!

We stayed at Elvira & Aidan's place for a few days. It was so amazing when you could see the mountain while eating breakfast & supper. The surrounding area just looked amazing. Elvira & Aidan also prepared face cloths for us to use, which is not common in Europe. There are also cooking oil and some spices for us to use. The place is big and clean. The bathroom is on the small side. They also prepared a binder what time the grocery stores are open and closed; the restaurant; how often the trains to Zermatt leave. This is very handy. The place is about 15 minutes on foot from the train station. There are 2 grocery stores near the train station. Be aware though. Because the place is higher on the hill, it can be a challenge to drag your suitcase uphill. You may want to take a taxi. But we were happy to stay there, not just any regular airbnb in town. Elvira & Aidan was flexible with check on time. Thank you Elvira & Aidan.

A great apartment with an amazing surroundings. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Words failed to describe the perfection of this unit. It was everything that an Airbnb could be. It was impeccably, clean, beautifully, decorated, and appointed, and immeasurably comfortable. The view of the Matterhorn was unrivaled. The location was essential as can be. It killed us that we could only be there for one night. Do not look for another place. This is your location for a perfect time.

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Elena was extremely responsive, thoughtful and provided us with some great options to do around in Zermatt. Her house is very cozy and thoughtfully done. There is nothing we could not find. Everything was very well organised. The Mountain view from the apartment was lovely too. Only guests need to be prepared that the house is a little away and the walk is uphill- maybe a total of 10 to 12 mins. However once you reach, the house has an elevator and it’s very convenient.

The +: Confortable (and huge!) bed Good shower (warm and good pressure) Good wifi Parking Garden for our dog (and ourselves) Camille's place is great for a short stay. Will stay here again if we come back to Aosta

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The train station was a 9 minute walk and it was easy to get to everything in Zermatt. The apartment was decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms provided everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Eliane and Bernard were perfect hosts. The place is beautiful with view to the mountains and facing the woods where we could see deers in the morning. The studio is well equipped and very comfortable, everything you need to relax and enjoy the mountains around. Very nice hikes are accessible walking from the Studio. Special thanks for the recommendations and advises given by the hosts. If we come back, for sure we will stay there again!

Although we only stayed one night, the experience was very pleasant! The area is very quiet, perfect for those looking for some peace, but also close to Aosta and easily accessible. The apartment was clean, complete with all comforts and adherent to the description and photos published. Barbara was a welcoming and helpful host in everything. I would say the value for money is perfect!

We had the pleasure of staying with Chantal and would have loved to extend this moment. The house is as described, we feel very good there and nothing is missing. The bedding is awesome! The setting is splendid and relaxing. It was a real pleasure, with very available and kind hosts. Thank you Chantal and Xavier, see you again.

Simply fantastic stay. The location is fabulous, easy to find, wonderful accommodation and two Hosts Alessandra and Andrea nothing short of sensational, nice, present in the right way, companions and super helpful. In addition, the two 4-legged friends Tia and Carlotta, sweet and affectionate, a presence that is never cumbersome and extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back, I recommend anyone passing through the Aosta Valley to book because it is really worth it, VERY GOOD❤️

Romy Und Beni’s chalet is gorgeous and worked perfectly for our needs for a family of 7. Loved the Mountain View’s and was perfect location to take the train up to Zermatt. So beautiful! Hosts were very communicative. Thank you so much!
