Ferry House is light, airy and fresh with all the creature comforts you need for a week or two on holiday. Everything has been meticulously curated in the home for convenience or to create a zen vibe of contemporary beach-style. Instructions around the house made everything easy to find and use. When we had a couple of small technical issues Ben responded immediately and sorted things out for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with the most fantastic views from the master bedroom. Way too easy to spend hours just watching the ferryman and the boats and the birds and the various people and dogs out for a walk... Great for walking, birdwatching, having a pint at one of many good pubs (including the Passage which is just 3 doors away) and relaxing into a slower pace. Exeter is just 15minutes by car or up to an hour away if you walk if you want something a city to explore, but there are lots of great independent shops in Topsham itself if you want to treat yourself...

Perfect location for a stay in Topsham. Great views of the estuary and the Quay and handy for all the good things that make the town so special. Also great for biking on the Exe trail. The flat has all you could want, very comfortable and a lovely balcony to enjoy watching the world go by. We've been before and will be back again

I had a great stay here, so much so that I have booked it again! Comfortable, clean, stylish accommodation with parking. I really appreciated all the little touches for the dog, including bowls and foot wipes. Fantastic helpful staff too. Topsham is a beautiful place with everything you need for a lovely break. The flat is located right in the centre of the town so it's perfect for exploring and only footsteps from the estuary. The restaurant was perfect for dinner with friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The house was lovely, clean, tidy and tucked away in the centre of Topsham; a great location and an ace property. Richard was proactive, responsive and very helpful. I'd strongly recommend it as an excellent place to stay. Topsham is a superb location for a getaway, on the banks of the Exe estuary and with lovely shops, views, coffee shops etc. A thoroughly enjoyable break for anyone wanting a relaxing break. It is near to the Devon coast, so perfectly situated

I was catching a ferry from Portsmouth and live quite a distance away so stayed at Rachel's place for one evening. It's a beautiful location within easy reach of Exeter if needed in the evening. Spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a short stay.Rachel and her family greeted us and we're very hospitable and she was extremely responsive when messaged for information. I would absolutely stay again

Lovely stay at Adam’s house - great location for Topsham and days out. Secure garden for our dogs was a big plus 🙏 the house had all that we needed and the beds were very comfortable - my only issues and they are very small ones - the shower was not the greatest and a small dishwasher would make this house increase from a great to a fantastic - we loved it however and had a great time so thank you 🙏 x
