Alba was the perfect host and looked after us so very well. Of note: the Calabrian eggs for breakfast were delicious. The balcony area was the perfect place to relax and enjoy watching the ocean life of Scilla.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Bartolo was excellent - very responsive, kind, and even came to meet us at the port to bring us to the accommodation! He gave us recommendations around town and was super thoughtful and kind. Would recommend staying here if you’re in Lipari!

Beautiful location right by the sea. Apartment just like in the photos. Antonello is a great guy, he picked us up from the train station for free and brought us back at the end. Communication was great, he responded quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time right by the sea!

There was a problem with the water in the apartment we had booked so Giuseppe had swapped us into one of his other apartments before arrival. It was beautiful and spacious, the decor was lovely. One of the nicest apartments we have stayed at in our Sicily trip. Licata itself is more of a working port, the location of the apartment is lovely, however it is not the most touristic of areas when you venture further out from the main part . Giuseppe sent us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars, and the harbor away from the commercial area is lovely.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Cefalù! The location couldn’t be better — just 30 seconds from the beach (bed rental was €30 for the day) and surrounded by great restaurants and local charm. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Be aware there’s a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment, but the view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to soak up the best of Cefalù!

For those who want to stay away from the chaos and enjoy a few days of relaxation, it is the ideal place. The house is nice and has a level terrace with a spectacular sea view. Sunrises and sunsets will turn anyone into a photographer. Only this is worth the expense. The surroundings offer the possibility of hiking and visiting wonderful places and also of eating well given the great availability of restaurants. With Carlo, no problem, he's always ready with answers. He was assisted by his mother, who was very kind, and she welcomed us and gave us some tips on the places. She also left us jam and olives made by her and eggs from her hens. In short, it couldn't have gone better.

The hosts welcomed us very, very warmly and were always available for inquiries. The wonderful view of the "Strait of Messina" is a highlight. The spacious and very clean apartment has everything you could ask for. We were completely satisfied with our stay for 6 days. We'll gladly come back!

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuele's beautiful villa. we arrived late to take away pizza, snacks, drinks and a home made cake!! from Emanuele....such a kind and caring gesture. The villa is spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen has all equipment you would need to BBQ or cook. There is a big, new BBQ on the terrace. There are lots of shaded areas to sit and read. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach that is sandy and has a great beach bar, a good restaurant ('That's Amore' ) and also the train that takes you to Cefalu and Palermo. We were very sad to leave this villa, it was a fantastic holiday and Emanuele was the perfect host. Gracie Emanuele

Marco was a fantastic host. He guided us confidently with all the help through the rather tricky driveway (the apartment is located in a very winding, by the way not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marco's terrace is fantastic. Very, very fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, though a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very nice and from the balcony you have great views of the sea. The apartment is very large and has everything you need. The landlords are very nice and accommodating.

What to say - the place is perfect. As much as we love Italy, every now and then we struggle with the interior design in the south. Nicole has managed to design the apartment in such a way that the northern European elegance is combined with the Italian warmth. That's what we were looking for. Nicole herself was very easy to reach and very flexible, which made it easier for us as a family to arrive and depart. I can also fully recommend the apartment to families with small children.

I loved my stay, it's as the pictures show. The terrace is massive, with great views of the sea and Stromboli. And the whole place feels spacious. It is in a peaceful area, right next to the beaches (crystal blue waters and black sand). I recommend checking out the cave Grotta d'Eolo. The place is in good spot to go on a sunset hike up Stromboli. I was there at the end of May so there weren't as many nearby restaurants open but the open ones were all within walking distance. I had a great stay and would come and stay here again when I return to Stromboli.

We were allowed to spend 6 fantastic days in the suite by the sea. A place that has filled our hearts with happiness and love from the very first moment. Beautiful place with an incredible hostess. Laura and Alfred anticipated our every wish and made our stay so unforgettable. I would like to emphasize that they are both very professional. Privacy is very important to them. In addition, there is this desire to provide the perfect stay. The suite is a place of beauty and love. From start to finish, a highly recommended accommodation. The view of the sea did my eyes and my heart a lot of good. Thx ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

We had a great time at Claudio's, everything was absolutely perfect. Exceptional waterfront apartment as well as access to the large rooftop terrace. Everything is available, from the basics, a fully equipped common laundry room, there are even beach umbrellas and umbrellas! The arrival instructions are perfect, flyers for restaurants, ice cream shops... are available in the entrance hall. Excellent bedding, spacious bathroom with toothbrush, sewing kit, soaps..., fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer and a very good oven. Feel free to go to the city center, many delicious restaurants are available! We would recommend it without any worries and would not hesitate to book again if we return to Sicily. We had a very relaxing and beautiful time in the accommodation. The location is rather secluded, very quiet and relaxing. Amazing view and the sea is very close, which is a real luxury! The furnishings and amenities are rather simple. Since the footpath (car not possible) to the house is very steep, the hosts take care of the transport of luggage and food at the beginning of the stay. It is therefore advisable to make the bulk purchase right at the beginning. That worked out great. The way into the city is easily doable on foot, albeit a longer stretch, but nice. The bus stops nearby. It rarely runs, but in our experience, it is reliable and punctual. So we got along great without a car on the island. The hostess was very quick to reach, very helpful and friendly.

The home is absolutely amazing. Communication worked brilliantly and Carolina is so welcoming with great recommendations on everything from supermarket, restaurants, taxi service and boat rental. We are more than happy to return to this accommodation and the absolutely perfect view that is hard to tear yourself away from.

The house is full of charm and is comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Carlo’s place, the private sun lounger area by the sea is amazing. The place as a whole is idyllic. The house keepers are really helpful and keep the grounds pristine. There is a sandy beach a short 10min walk away where you have the option to rent sun loungers and there is also a cafe on the beach. The town by the port has lots of restaurants and is a 15min walk away. We found the walk difficult in the heat of the day, but at night and early mornings the walk was alot easier. If you don’t fancy the walk and are willing to pay then a short taxi drive is an option. It’s worth mentioning that at the moment the available wifi only works on the patio area outside and service is minimal inside the house but this didn’t cause us problems. We had a great stay and would recommend this airbnb and Panarea to anyone looking for a relaxed, foody trip :)

Marco went above and beyond with his service and made our stay wonderful. He was extremely helpful and even supplied us with private drivers to help get around. Overall amazing host!
