The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. Well located apartment on the 10th floor of the Wiking Tower with impressive panoramic views over the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.
