El apartamento estaba genial, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar un alojamiento perfecto. Cabe destacar que hemos viajado con un bebe y el alojamiento estaba súper calentito. Tiene todas las comodidades que puedas tener en casa. Por parte del anfitrión no ha faltado detalle ninguno, siempre super atenta. Pudimos entrar antes y salir un poquitín después sin ponernos ninguna queja. El tema del aparcamiento tuvimos suerte por la mañana lo dejamos en parking privado que hay cerca del apartamento y por la tarde pudimos aparcar justo enfrente del alojamiento en zona azul. La casa ubicación de 10 para poder moverte a pie por la zona. Si volvemos a la ciudad, sin pensarlo volveremos a elegir el mismo apartamento.

El apartamento se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Susana nos atendió muy amablemente y fue un gustazo poder alojarnos en una zona tan viva por ese precio.

5 stars all round! Particularly pleased with the location - on a side street right in the centre, so my 81 year-old mum could see all the attractions without too many steep climbs. PS: If youre driving, whether or not you have a lot of luggage, I strongly recommend Ismael's suggestion of leaving your car in the free car park over the river (Azarquiel car park), and getting a taxi to the property - a taxi will be with you in a few minutes and will cost €8-12 - rather than the stress of navigating the narrow streets of the centre with another car on your back and pedestrians in your way ... and still having to pay for a car park!

L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux, bien équipé, le lit est confortable et la terrasse avec vue sur Madrid est un vrai plus. Il est idéalement placé pour visiter la ville, le quartier est accueillant, queer friendly, avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

I felt right at home at Fausto’s authentically decorated apartment. It is in the middle of a fun neighbourhood (Lavapies) full of nice bars and restaurants – including quite some vegan places! It’s close to the train station and museums like the Reina Sofia. It can be a bit noisy at night, but if you bring earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!

El departamento es muy acogedor, está bien equipado y la ubicación es ideal para moverse comodamente por la ciudad. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre dispuesto a colaborar para garantizar una excelente estadía.

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en familia estupendo. La casa tenía de todo, Ana y Alberto estuvieron muy atentos.

The host was extremely nice and accomodating. Our group arrived really late as our day trips had some delay. The host waited for us and communicated well so that the checkin process was completed without any issues. The unit itself is amazing, super large spaces to park, and also having fun times with outdoor swimming pool and BBQ. I think it's a perfect place for large group as that can accomodate at least 12 people if you rent out all the units in the complex. The only tough part is that it's in a gated community, so you will need to coordinate with the host a bit to reach the actual unit itself, but it will be worth it. Lastly, the shower there is amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cristina's farm! We were looking for a farm stay where our son could interact with animals, and this was the perfect fit! We were able to feed the animals and collect chicken eggs. Cristina even took our son for a short ride on the horse. The house has a wonderful rustic charm with wooden beams and a huge fireplace. It is a great place to slow down, breathe deep, unwind, and reconnect with nature. We would definitely return again!

Alojamiento muy recomendable para una reunión de familiares y amigos con niños, ya que dispone de una gran parcela ajardinada con instalaciones y equipaciones para que los chicos se lo pasen en grande.

la estancia, el equipamiento, la comodidad y confiabilidad que ofrecen las instalaciones tanto dentro del cuchibus como en el exterior, excelentes. La atención y la importancia a los detalles define a los anfitriones. Repetiremos seguro.

Todo genial pasamos un buen fin de semana de amigas, Rubén y su mamá muy agradables y fueron muy accesibles a la ampliación de la salida del domingo la cual pudimos aprovechar la tarde y quedamos muy contentas todas. Muchas gracias por todo.

Carmen est une personne très agréable qui a le souhait de prendre soin de ses hôtes. Le logement était très bien, un vrai petit cocon qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésité cette petite pépite.

Todo perfecto desde el momento de la reserva. Instrucciones precisas para llegar a la casa sin problema. Una casa acogedora y si coincide que hace bien tiempo el patio es una monada. Toallas para todos los huéspedes e incluso alguna más, desayuno super completo de cortesía. Aunque no lo usamos había mucho meanaje y cosas útiles en la cocina. La calle es peatonal (con unas pocas escaleras) pero se aparca cerquita y sin problemas.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita y diríamos que mucho más para poder pasar los días que queramos a gusto. Buen confort, limpio, en muy buenas condiciones. Todas las instrucciones están detalladas. El lugar donde se encuentra ubicado está muy bonito y agradable para descansar. Si tenemos que dar un calificación del 1 al 10 le damos el máximo. Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Nos ha encantado tanto el sitio como el trato de Gerardo que ha sido super amable desde el primer momento. Habiamos estado en otros alojamientos en Villanueva de la Cañada pero sin duda recomendaria este. No descartamos repetir en itra ocasion.
