Great stay and apartment was even nicer than the pictures. Host was easily contactable when we were trying to check in. About a 40min walk into central Madrid but bus/metro easy to use and more like 20/30mins. Comfy bed and all very clean and a pretty quiet neighborhood so slept well!

We had a fantastic time! The location couldn’t have been better—super easy to hop on the metro or just stroll around to explore. There are so many awesome restaurants close by, which made dining out a joy. Our place was really well-equipped too; we had everything from coffee to all the utensils and cookware we could possibly need. Carmen was amazing! She gave us a warm welcome and took the time to show us around our space, making us feel right at home.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

Excellent experience This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Tiago was an impeccable host from the moment we arrived. I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the publication. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it is also very conveniently located. Two blocks from the building are the main subway stations and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol.
