Denna väl omhändertagna och moderna villa ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trivsamt läge i omtyckta Röreviken. Badrocksavstånd till nyrenoverad bastu och till salta bad vid bryggan en liten bit nedanför huset. Röreviken är ett barnvänligt och populärt område med närhet till Stenungsund, bara 5 min från huset.

På kvällen grillar ni och kanske plockar lite blåbär. I närheten finns härliga kajakvatten och för den som gillar natur finns flera naturreservat i området att besöka.
