Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

On the west coast of Tjörn you will find this two-story house with proximity to salty swimming. The house is located next to our house. Upstairs: a double bed, a single bed, and a junior bed. Bed linens and towels are not included Downstairs a bedroom with a double bed Kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, fish deli, as well as pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 5 mile to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with the sea as a neighbor. The house has two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with single bed. Small cottage with double bed. The house is located on a mountain with a beautiful view over the Stigfjord. You are close to the water with swimming jetties, and there is also a swimming area with beach and jetty within walking distance. The area has boule court and a football field. Explore the nice walking tracks around the area or take a bike ride on the bike trails on the island.” Sheets/bed linens are not included.

In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
