Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
