Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. whether it's a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "individual" sleepers than normal. I highly recommend the hostess!

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It has all you need , everything was clean and comfortable and Renata who welcomed us was always so helpful and quick to respond! Our little dog felt like home from the first moment on! We would always like to come back again ! Thanks for having us!

Antonio and his wife welcomed us very warmly in their wonderful house! The house itself is incredible: great pool, great amenities and we got fresh things from the garden. The pool is a real highlight, it is clean and well equipped. The kitchen is high quality and equipped with everything. The windows are very thick and tight and everything about this house is absolutely high quality. A highlight is also the barbecue, where we sat great. Antonio provided us with numerous tips for eating out, all of which were perfect. It was the best AirBnB I've ever been to. By far! It's better than in the pictures. We will definitely come back:)

We felt right at home. A beautiful area close to the lake, nevertheless very quiet and you could unwind well. The pool had exactly the right temperature that we even had to jump in right after arrival. The car is parked behind the house where there is hardly any sun, which is perfect, because the car was not so hot. The amenities and cleanliness of all things was great and the idea of the wine cellar converted to a shop was the highlight anyway. All in all, everything was great and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

We had an all-around perfect stay at this beautiful cottage in Malcesine! Five nights we were there with four people and a dog and enjoyed every minute. The location is absolutely quiet – ideal for relaxing – and the completely fenced property was perfect for our four-legged friend. We especially liked the lovingly maintained garden and the breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains – simply gigantic! Directly from the house, we could go on great hikes, including to Monte Baldo. A big thank you to Monica – she was always available, super warm and even spoiled us with fresh, own cherries. The access is a bit narrow, but even with a large car it is doable. A real little paradise – we'd love to come back!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

We had a very pleasant stay at Carlo's house. It was all super clean, well organized and prepared. Communication was excellent with instant reactions. Also the kids enjoyed the multiple options and available toys in the garden. The view on the lake is really stunning.

The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an amazing view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cabin & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking trails. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

It was a wonderful stay with Anna. The view down to Lake Garda is stunning. Nearby are some small but nice restaurants and Limone offers all vacation possibilities. Anna's house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you need to relax happily...

Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. The whole family was very responsive, clear and helpful if ever we needed anything ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend, no bad comments or feedback. Had a wonderful week at Alessandra's apartment. Roof terrace was great. Beautifully maintained apartment, clean and equipped with every comfort, even a bathrobe! Location of the apartment is close to the boat connection Palanca. From there, you can be in Venice and the locations of the Biennale in no time.

The apartment & location were perfect. Eros’s description was spot on. We had everything we needed & the place was clean & comfortable. We had a great stay in Venice & would highly recommend this spot!
