Vacation rentals with a patio in Tinjan

We had a nice stay in this apartment.

The apartment is small, but there is everything you need. It was also very nicely furnished. On foot you were at the castle and the gorge in about 10-15 minutes. For our short stay, it was a great apartment.

Saša host impeccable: responsive, helpful, and smiling. Breathtaking view, green environment. The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. It is a very familiar and friendly building and neighborhood, I loved the apartment, well decorated and of great taste, the bed is perfect even more after a long journey. Sergio was very attentive, thank you.

Cristina, Sandro and their daughter Elizabeth welcomed us very amicably. The space is complete with everything, very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. We would recommend it to everyone and would love to go back. Warmest hugs and thank you for everything!

Super clean, small apartment, absolutely sufficient for 2 people and small dog, equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described in advance. WiFi and TV work perfectly if you need it. Ana lives above the apartment and is always available when you need her. In the entrance area, there is a small cozy seating area. Ana's dog Aaron was also enthusiastic about our small, quiet dog😀, outside the apartment, - about 70 m - there is a meadow to walk the dog. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Nina was very kind and welcoming, communication with her was great. All in all, we are very pleased and would definitely come back again. Recommendation to everyone!

Beautiful house with modern amenities. Everything was spotless. And there was air conditioning in every room.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.
