House vacation rentals in Tinjan

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea Check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The surrounding area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. At the pool, we couldn't figure out where to heat it, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect place to stay for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We had a very nice and relaxed time. The house is perfect for 2 families. There is a nice porch with a large table where we found room for ninth. The property is spacious and the pool is nice and large, plenty of space for the children to play and fpr the adults to relax. There is a large supermarket close by. Rovinj and the surrounding beaches are easily accessible.

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Beautiful house, super clean, great amenities in the kitchen. Everything you need on arrival. Alan answers questions immediately. We felt very comfortable! Would definitely come again.

The vacation home was just great! Everything is very well maintained, the beds are very comfortable and with two bathrooms ideal for several people. The bedrooms have shutters and air conditioning, etc. The entire property is fenced, which was perfect for our dogs. The house itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! There are new, high-quality wooden sun loungers with cushions as well as two canopies – one by the pool area and one over the seating area. There is also a hanging chair, which we liked very much. The new couch with recliner function was super comfortable, and the property is wonderfully planted, much denser, as shown in the pictures, which provides a lot of privacy. Morena's parents, who live right next door, were very friendly and helpful. On the first day, we received fresh eggs, later also vegetables from our own garden – we were very pleased☺️. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car, which is very convenient. Absolute recommendation ☺️

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

We really enjoyed the time and accommodation. The children had space to play and just be. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded by tourism, the surroundings are authentic and really beautiful. The house is beautifully decorated, wonderfully and elaborately renovated. The floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers for this time of year. The electricity in the village failed once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the repair on the public grid within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

Lovely small apartment and great location for exploring Istria, in the middle of the peninsula and just minutes from the motorway.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

There were eight of us in the house and it really fulfilled everything we expected. If you don't want to look at one of the beautiful cities or beaches in the area (Rovinj is highly recommended), there is more than enough to experience in the house. If you want to have an active or quiet vacation with friends, I highly recommend this house. The hosts were very warm and you felt right at home. Despite heavy rain, a new gas bottle was brought to us for grilling and the other communication was flawless and very friendly. We definitely plan to come back :)

It is a very nice and large place to stay in the middle of the mainland of Istria. The house is very private and undisturbed, neighbors were hardly noticeable. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was always clean and was even cleaned during the stay. Large TV and dining table allow game and movie evenings. We look forward to our next stay.
