Situated on the North side of Timmins, this well-lit and peaceful upper unit apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay including a 1-bedroom with ensuite and a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, fridge, stove, pots and pans, utensils, plates and more! There is a comfortable futon with extra bedding in the living room that can accommodate 1 person. There is also a desk that can serve as an office space. WIFI and Netflix are included. Free parking.

Renovated 2 bedroom (1 queen +1 bunk bed) walk out basement apartment with private entrance at Nellie Lake. Parking in the driveway (on gravel). Absolutely No parking on grass. We live upstairs in the main house so you will hear noise. Enjoy all the amenities of lakeside living. Take a swim in the refreshing water, fish off the end of the dock, paddle the lake in one of the kayaks or lounge in the sun. Enjoy sunsets and the call of the loons.

Come and experience life at a slower pace and the privacy this cottage provides. "A Little Piece of Heaven" is how my father-in-law described this cottage when he finished building it. Spring has finally arrived at Keans Cottage, your getaway on Ice Chest Lake! Come shake off the winter blues in this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath lakeside cabin located on a private lakefront with large firepit, woodburning sauna, and wooded walking trails at your doorstep. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
