Fabulous apartment in a stunning location, with spectacular views from the balcony of the paragliders, the lake and the mountains. Inside the apartment is very spacious, with lots of extra little touches provided such as kitchen ingredients, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Our family love coffee, so the coffee machine was a nice treat and François kindly provided the coffee beans too. There is access to the lovely pool and deck, which again takes in the stunning views . We enjoyed walks down into Tallories and exploring the area. The walk back is uphill but enjoyable, just keep stopping to take in the views! François is an excellent host, very friendly and with great recommendations on the local area. We had a wonderful 9 day stay, and would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was even better than described—truly unbeatable. Being able to ski right out of the apartment onto the lift and seamlessly ski back into the ski room made the experience effortless and unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort and luxury of the stay. Pascale was a wonderful and attentive host, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Very comfortable and perfectly arranged apartment. The terrace is a nice plus. Julie is a remarkable host. With children, the shuttle, located across the street, is essential for getting to the snow front.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, it is perfectly arranged in relation to its space and there is everything you need for an excellent stay. It is perfectly located in the resort, close to the Olympic Square, ski-in ski-out access. The view from the balcony of Mont Blanc is just amazing, we had never had such a view and the apartment is very bright which is quite rare in the resort. Cédric was very responsive to everything, he was also very accommodating and honest, communication with him was perfect from start to finish. This was my first Airbnb and it won't be the last, we'll see each other again at Cédric's next year.

Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, plenty of storage. Nice pool. Return and departure with skis on. Negative: no washing machine contrary to the listing. Spacious terrace… in the shade. Given the difference in height, it's more like a 10-minute walk, very steep, to reach the station! Not suitable for young children. Concierge, from another era! - You have to pick up the keys at the agency - 0 flexibility for check-in time, agency open from 5pm to 7pm (funny to aim for a check-in time with traffic jams), - rental of baby chair and baby bed for a fee… to be picked up at the agency (convenient when the car is full!) - shower blocked on arrival. 2 days after reporting, we ended up cleaning the disgusting amounts of hair in the pipes ourselves. Not an apology, not a regret from the agency. - 3 towels on arrival, there were 4 of us. The concierge puts the extra towels at our disposal… at the agency! The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

We spent a weekend in a little paradise, the cottage as well as the facilities offered and the setting is just ideal for spending a wonderful time with family or friends! The hosts are responsive to any requests and friendly as well as Valery "the caretaker" who was delighted to find the cottage in good condition on her arrival! We had a great time at Yannick and Virginia's home. Communication was excellent and the house clean and very well-equipped, the Plus a quiet environment.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Elisabeth and Frédéric were very good tips and available. We'll be happy to go back.

The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, clean and impeccable, with everything you need for a super pleasant stay and super useful services such as a place to store skis, very nice common areas (swimming pool, sauna, billiard room, gym, possibility to order bread and pastries for breakfast, reception...). Perfect location a few minutes from the shuttle that takes you to the slopes and less than 10 minutes from the egg and in the center of Méribel, with shops, restaurants, etc. A 10!

Location of the accommodation at the foot of the slopes and shops, magnificent view, very well equipped accommodation for a mountain rental. We'll be back with pleasure. A beautiful stay.

The apartment is superb, great location (ski in/out, in front of the shops), the building is brand new, beautifully designed, well equipped, the ski room is huge, the residence is super modern, access control everywhere with a central card, even the interior heated parking is spacious! Last but not least, the person in charge of the reservation at the reception is super professional, friendly and gave us lots of tips & advice. I highly recommend this location.

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it!. Maximilian is very responsive and helpful. Catherine greeted us with a warm welcome at the apartment and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. Convenient access to ski resorts, and the ski in/out access is fantastic. Stunning views from the apartment with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. We hope to be back again very soon!

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Arc 1950. The apartment is really close to the piste, and yet felt very private. The facilities in the building were great (we used the spa one morning, and it was lovely, with fantastic views). JJ was a truly excellent host, and communicated really well. Everything went smoothly. We are a family of 4, and it was spacious for us. The kitchen was just the right size, and the Carrefour in Arc 1950 is surprisingly well stocked. We had a really wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Great place to stay to enjoy skiing at Val Cenis!

Perfect accommodation for a group of 5 gentleman on a cycling holiday. The apartment is conveniently located with highlights being the locality of bars/restaurants and a local bakery. The apartment had everything that we needed. The addition of the garage that is setup for cyclists was superb. The hosts are welcoming and are on hand to assist when necessary, but also discrete. I would thoroughly recommend.
