Recently renovated, our 70m2 duplex apartment in the Schuss building is well-equipped and spacious, designed with everything you will need for a great stay in Tignes. The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Price includes linen and beds made for your arrival.

3 stars furnished tourist accommodation. 51m2 WIFI Ski in, ski out. 2 minutes walk: Carrefour contact, Pharmacy, ski schools, ski/snowboard shops, restaurants/bars. No smoking/pets on request. Optional: cleaning and linen. 1 large double bedroom, 6 single beds, including 2 trundle beds (2 single beds can be converted into double beds). School holidays: 7 nights minimum from SATURDAY to SATURDAY or SUNDAY to SUNDAY. Out of school holidays (WINTER): min. 4 nights.

70 m3 apartment with large south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the Arcs massif, in a traditional mountain village house. Located on the heights of Séez, it is 50 m from the shuttle stop to the Les Arcs Funicular and directly to the La Rosière – La Thuile resort. This pied-à-terre is less than a 10-minute walk to traditional shops and 4 km to supermarkets, cinema, swimming pool, etc. Great place for a quiet stay for families or groups of friends.

Studio Tignes le Lac, everything within walking distance

In the center of the resort, you can go skiing, a walk on the lake, have a drink or dine without touching the car. Free buses allow you to go to Val Claret (cinema) or Lavachet, see below, if you want to change your environment. A ski locker is at your disposal. 6th floor, be careful the elevator only serves the 5th, one floor on foot. Since taking the photos, the furnishings have been improved, including curtains! Tignes Lavachet : renovated cosy flat, near slopes

Renoved fully-equipped apartment just steps away from a ski slope. It is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator in the Lavachet district. Ideal for 4/5 people but has 6 sleeping accommodations (sofa bed). All shops nearby: bakery, supermarket, restaurant, ski pass purchase, etc. A free shuttle (300 meters from the apartment) to reach the snow front in 5 minutes. Direct access by ski to the Paquis or Chaudanne chairlifts.

Charming Studio with balcony in quiet residence

Charming renovated 21 m² studio with sunny balcony located in Tignes le Lavachet (5 min walk from Tignes le Lac) in a small very quiet residence on the 2nd floor, close to shops and restaurants. In summer, the resort is very lively with the Bike Park and the Lake. In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope for beginners (free ski lift).

Chalet 1728 - La Reculaz - 2 mins from Val D'Isere

Built in 1728 and totally refurbished to the highest standards in 2006, this traditional stone and wood Savoyard chalet is located in the tranquil hamlet of La Reculaz, Tignes overlooking the Lac de Chevril. It is just a couple of minutes by free shuttle bus (winter and summer) from the world famous Val D'Isere. The large terrace garden offers incredible lake views and it is the perfect retreat in Winter or Summer.

All Tignes activities are nearby (Le Lagon with pool, Wellness and gym, Tignespace sports center, snow front and ski lifts).
