It is a short walk from the Village Square, Kosciuszko Express Chairlift and the new Merits Gondola. Fully self-contained and includes linen, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), internet and telstra TV (with netflix and foxtell now). There is also a balcony.

A spacious lounge area features a leather sofa and accent chairs, arranged around a low coffee table. Large windows offer views of the surrounding landscape, and modern appliances are visible in the open kitchen area. Natural light enhances the inviting atmosphere.
