What an amazing Airbnb! Wendy's place was perfect for our L.A. visit! We didn't really need a kitchen and ate out most of the time, so the set up was perfect for us. But it was handy having the mini fridge and microwave. We loved that there was an extra room to hang out or make Zoom calls. The unit was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of room for two people, including a large closet for luggage storage. The unit does share a wall with the main house, but noise was minimal, you could hear dogs barking at times during the day but that didn't bother us. It was very quiet at night and we slept soooo well! Woodland Hills is a beautiful neighborhood and we loved that the location had access to so many great restaurants in the area. Would absolutely stay here again and think this would be a great place for a longer stay, even without a full kitchen. Thanks Wendy!

The Studio on this property was perfect for me. The studio was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I will definitely go back when the need arises. The owner was very responsive as well. The property has a lovely setting. Made for a very relaxed stay.

We've become regular renters when we are in Newbury Park, CA. We love the little house, little only in size. It's big on amenities and filled with everything we need.

Clean, quiet space in a peaceful neighborhood. Blackout curtains made it easy to sleep. Perfect option for a solo traveler who just needs a place to sleep.
