Beautiful home, kind and helpful host, and lovely location. The home is so thoughtfully outfitted, from comfortable beds and furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen. Many nice touches included coffee (both ground and beans for those who like to grind their own), tea selections, snacks upon arrival and bedside mints, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys from boogie boards to beach chairs etc. The landscaping in the backyard is a haven for songbirds and also for guests! Sitting out there with a cup of tea or coffee guarantees moments of serenity. Just a short walk to the beach and Pierpont village, and a short drive to downtown Ventura. We can't wait to go back! Thank you, Lisa, for being such an amazing host.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Bardia's place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect for our visit. Bardia was also a great host, responsive and thoughtful. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to beachwood cafe and market which was very convenient. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Shana’s Venice beach house. It had so much character and we loved everything about it, and especially loved sitting out on the porch. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants/shopping and we had a great night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. Cant wait to go back!

My family and I had a good experience here. The house was incredibly spacious and clean — perfect for our group of 13. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of privacy and comfort. The kitchen was spacious with lots of counter top space, and the smart TVs throughout the home made relaxing in the evenings super convenient. We also loved the pool table, which added a fun touch to our evenings. There was ample parking space, which made coming and going easy for everyone. The host was responsive and made check-in/check-out smooth and stress-free. This home is great for big families or groups looking for a comfortable getaway.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

I recently stayed at Robin’s property for 6 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect .. situated in a safe and clean neighborhood with a good view. The bed was super comfortable, and the property had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It’s also in close proximity to some of LA’s best attractions and restaurants, including The Grove , Beverly Hills, Hollywood sign and Hollywood Walk of Fame which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Robin was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Los Angeles. I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Spacious, clean, and well kept apartment. Our group of 3 had a great stay. The location was right across the street from good coffee, and there were many food options close by. The bed and linens were super comfy and we were able to get good nights of sleep while there, which is super important while traveling!

Booked for a short 2-night stay in town. Perfect location between Hermosa and Manhattan Pier. Conviently close to the beach and a bus stop for public transport.

Would really recommend this place. Was located 15 mins drive from airport, in a nice neighborhood, 20 mins easy walk to cafes etc. The hosts were lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to messages, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags with them. The room itself was clean, with coffee, snacks etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Fiona has been a wonderful host during my stay. I was a fellow working at Huntington Library for the past month, and Fiona’s place provided everything I needed. It was close to the Huntington with a 20-min walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bus lines and metro to old Pasadena and downtown LA are within walkable distance. There are not many dining options within walking distance but it’s about 20 min bus ride to a few commercial/mixed use hubs.

Thank you Christy for this absolutely perfect stay! I enjoyed my time at this home because of its welcoming and warm atmosphere. The horses decorated are absolutely fun - lol I love horses :) The room I was in had several lamps, outside access, AND several beds! I was able to successfully WFH with the hiccup of the Wi-Fi having an issue one day. Christy was able to fix and communicate with me on time that it was being fixed. Awesome! My bedroom was right next to the bathroom which is nice. There was more than enough soap for me to wash daily with, along with my own personal toiletries. Accessing the apartment was super easy as it was just a code. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future as I felt, safe AND comfortable in Santa Clarita. The neighborhood is pretty beautiful and is adorned by other nice homes. Thanks again!!

Dorris & her daughter are amazing people! Super welcoming and fun to talk too when you run into them. Always super nice and willing to help! The room itself is super awesome, the bed is extremely comfortable and the fan is awesome. I had to move it a lil closer to the bed but thats just cause i'm not used to temperatures above 60. The room was super clean and well maintained. The bathroom too, which was lovely and very cute. The shower pressure was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay with them and hope to be back eventually!! (Plus they have the cutest dog ever) Also the paris theme that was going on was super awesome, a unique lil quirk i thought was fun!

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!
