HDTV with Amazon FireTV stick and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

I could not be happier with Ken’s place. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful. The roses out back were amazing. Ken was responsive and so forgiving when we accidentally broke a glass. And no check out instructions other than turn things off (lights, AC, etc…). It couldn’t have been easier. And a park just down the street for kiddos. Super safe and cute neighborhood. Stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

3 of us stayed in Sophia’s ADU for 3 nights while visiting family in Thousand Oaks and had an excellent experience. Very clean, zen environment, easy access to the unit, close to shopping and restaurants. Nice amenities included - like coffee - were much appreciated. We would definitely return to this unit on a future visit.

Hamed’s place was great! We were there for just a weekend to attend a wedding nearby in Thousand Oaks/Quail Ranch. Perfect location. We enjoyed the view from the hill, and had fun in the mornings sitting outside on the porch with sipping coffee and identifying the birds! Would stay again if we were ever back in the area.
