Nice 65 m2 house, very quiet and ideally located to discover Nantes and the surrounding area. The Beaujoire Stadium is very easy to access (12-minute drive). The house is located in the city center of Thouaré-sur-Loire. Shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, newsstand, grocery store, etc.) as well as natural areas and banks of the Loire (5 min) very easy access to downtown Nantes (20 min drive) or by train (7 min TER), the train station is a 2-min walk from the house.

An outdoor terrace features wooden decking surrounded by plants. Large glass doors provide access to the interior. The structure's dark exterior contrasts with the natural surroundings. Seating is arranged comfortably on the terrace for relaxation.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Great stay, very clean and functional accommodation, no complaints. Very quiet and peaceful location. Very responsive hosts in message exchanges (we were not able to meet them directly unfortunately because they were traveling). We were nevertheless lucky enough to enjoy the fruits and vegetables from their garden (with their permission of course), the strawberries were delicious to the delight of the children and parents. We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!
