Single-storey outbuilding of a 1905 mansion, in the heart of the village, completely renovated, for 2 ADULTS MAXIMUM AND 2 CHILDREN with: - an equipped kitchen - a queen size sofa bed in the living room area - a bunk bed to accommodate 2 children/teens - a bathroom (walk-in shower) - a private furnished terrace and a space in front for the car.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.
