Our 67 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of our single-family house with its own barrier-free access. It is located directly on the Kösseine-Röslau-Eger bike path. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful reservoir, which invites you to swim, as well as numerous hiking trails. In addition, you can reach an outdoor pool, shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the Czech border in a few minutes by car or bike. Our area is also well known for the Luisenburg Festival.

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. At the moment, there´s space for the seven of you - relax between the apple trees in the garden or stay inside next to the sweden oven and watch netflix. You woun´t miss anything -spices, towels, hairdryer, shoehorn, books - feel free to use it all.
