Vacation rentals with lake access in Thep Krasatti

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. The place was very clean and in a very central and convenient location. It is spread across 3 floors so that’s just good to be aware of. It worked perfectly for us.

From the booking to our departure, Rosee was very helpful with good tips for our Journey, trips etc... The villa is beautiful and Functional for a big group. We really enjoyed our time there and for sure we will come back.

The house is great. There is plenty of space in the rooms, living room and kitchen. A/C works very well, it is a very comfortable place. It is right on the main road, but the home is very quiet and private. There are 2 desks and the wifi works well, I was able to work very comfortably. Pema is such a pleasure to talk to. She feels like an old friend. Pema helped me in the most amazing way. And she was happy and willing to do everything and anything to make sure I was comfortable and happy.

Great price, full kitchen and work area, right next to The Soi. Quick helpful responses from host! The only downside is the WIFI was slow, so plan on going to a local coffee shop if you need to get work done and you’re on the bottom floor facing the street so it is very noisy hearing bikes and cars all night if you’re a light sleeper.

Schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage. Angrenzenden Strände sind nicht zu touristisch. Nettes Appartement in einer schönen Anlage. Nebenan wird eine weitere Anlage gebaut, aber die Geräusche stören nicht großartig und wurden auch offen vom Vermieter kommuniziert. Ich würde die Unterkunft trotzdem ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und 5 Sterne vergeben. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Благодарность Владу за квартиру! Жилье очень понравилось. Оказалось лучше, чем ожидала. В доме было все необходимое. Сама квартира чистая и уютная, с прекрасным видом. Комплекс новый, рядом очень красивый парк с птицами, белками. Утром в парке можно заниматься йогой. Район очень красивый. Единственный минус района, что мало ресторанов, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но в целом это не проблема- я ходила пешком 1,5 км, также есть бесплатный трансфер на котором можно доехать. До моря идти минут 7-10 через парк. Сам пляж понравился. С радостью вернусь сюда еще!

The apartment is not large with two bedrooms, but very comfortable and cozy. For our family of 5 people of different ages, the apartment was perfect. Two bathrooms and a very comfortable kitchen, with everything you need for cooking and a large refrigerator were very useful. Among other things, the owners provided us with a crib and a high chair, for which we thank them very much. The apartment also has two balconies, on one we dried clothes, and on the other we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake. The apartments are located in a good complex with walking paths, swimming pools and outdoor exercise equipment, and areas for children's games. There is also free parking on site. I also want to mention the river bus, which can take you to the beach and back in a matter of minutes; the children were delighted with this attraction. I would like to add that during our entire two-week stay, not a single problem arose, our stay was perfect, our family is very grateful for staying here

Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym miejscu: mieszkanie jest wystarczające duże dla dwóch osób, czyste, podczas naszego pobytu (16 dni) raz było sprzątane całkowicie z wymianą pościeli i ręczników, dobry internet, było cicho , okolica nasza ulubiona: blisko 7/11 , Lotus, dobre restauracje, salon masażu, przystanek autobusowy, a najważniejsze- plaża Nai Harn 15 min spacerem. Gospodarz Max i jego zespół wspaniali, uprzejmie, mili, zawsze szybko odpowiadali. Bardzo dobry stosunek cena-jakość. Polecamy i chętnie wrócimy:)

Only spent a day here.. Room is cozy. comfy bed. Bang tao is going to be on a whole another level in a couple of years. I'm planning to invest. Peaceful. beautiful lakes. huge not overcrowded beach. Plenty of beach bats and clubs

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.
