Vacation rentals with lake access in Thalang District

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

Kannika was an excellent host, we enjoyed our stay. We faced several issues but she managed to assist us swiftly.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

Excellent beautiful villa in a large private village Laguna, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach, I recommend it!!!

Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. The place was very clean and in a very central and convenient location. It is spread across 3 floors so that’s just good to be aware of. It worked perfectly for us.

From the booking to our departure, Rosee was very helpful with good tips for our Journey, trips etc... The villa is beautiful and Functional for a big group. We really enjoyed our time there and for sure we will come back.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I booked the stay to meet my elderly parents after two years ( I was supposed to come from Sydney and they flew from Iran ) who don’t speak much English, and couldn’t be there myself to welcome them. Despite that, the host went above and beyond—personally picking them up and making sure they arrived safely and felt at home. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. My family felt comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. We’re deeply grateful for the host’s kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. This experience meant so much to our family—thank you!

Everything was fine. The accommodation matches the description. There's a pretty balcony for evening chill (no great views from the 2nd floor though). A lot of cafes, minimart nearby. 5 mins from the beach on scooter.

We stayed one month in this Airbnb. The apartment is modern like the building. It is a small apartment but it is well designed and you have everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, you can hear some noise as the apartment faces a busy street especially during the morning and evening. The apartment is very hot because gets the sun in the morning but the A/C works very well. The pool is very nice. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and it is located in Laguna, probably the best and well maintained area of Phuket. Nearby you have good restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect, very nice and always available. I would recommend due to the great location and because it is a modern apartment. If you stay for long time it may be a bit small.

Great host and condo. I’ll look for this place again next time I’m visiting Phuket.

Very clean, convenient self check-in, beautiful environment, located in a high-end community, the only shortcoming is that there are few businesses around, suitable for driving or motorbike.The nearest commercial area is 1km away on foot

Ondrej's place is great. His Property Manager Victoria could not have been more helpful and responsive. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and stayed in Phuket quiet a number of times and have to say this was one of the best we have stayed in. Gratitude to Vlad for the apartment! I really liked the place. It turned out better than I expected. The house had everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with a great view. The complex is new, next to a very nice park with birds, squirrels. You can do yoga in the park in the morning. The neighborhood is very beautiful. The only disadvantage of the neighborhood is that there are few restaurants, shops, massage salons. But overall it's not a problem - I walked 1.5 km, there is also a free shuttle you can take. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk through the park. I liked the beach itself. I'd love to come back here again!

The second time in this condo, everything is clean and beautiful. Great neighborhood.
