Vacation rentals with a pool in Thénac

Lovely, well equipped gite, situated in a very quiet rural location (car essential). Host was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to our correspondence. Would recommend highly.

What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

We had a great time in this relaxing, soothing home. The house is very spacious, which is very comfortable and everyone can have independent and isolated rest areas both indoors and outdoors. This building is really worth knowing about. Nina and Axel are very organized and efficient in giving all the instructions and in an ultra-fast way. We recommend this stone house combining charm and character.

We had a great time at the Tilleuls' house. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which was nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is nice with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket upon arrival. My husband and I spent a week at Catherine's stunning home in June. The grounds are literally breath taking and the apartment had everything you needed. We loved the pool area and Catherine supplied a bbq so we had dinner on our own private lawn overlooking the beautiful grounds one evening, truly magical! Emyet is only 5 mins drive and has an abundance of beautiful restaurants. Catherine was so helpful giving us great suggestions of places to visit. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it for a special stay in the Dordogne. Wonderful!! Thank you Catherine.

The Moulin Neuf is a stunning old mill house situated on a river and in extensive grounds. There is a lovely pool area and a serene sitting area to eat al fresco overlooking the waters. The gardens are not manicured and the interiors are quirky, full of historical artifacts, but we loved the ambience. Plenty of parking space and communal living space. The bedrooms are variable.

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

This is a delightful property to stay in with fantastic garden and a lovely large pool area. Even in height of summer the apartment is cool inside and there is lots of garden seating & outdoor eating areas. Our teenagers adored the pool and easy access to the beautiful Dordogne river for impromptu paddle-boarding! The location is literally a few minutes walk to 2 fantastic family-friendly river-side restaurants and Pessac’s local shop. Cat was a super helpful host and lives in the adjoining property with her family, so is always on hand if needed. She will be also be offering retreats in 2025 - I can’t imagine a better location for one. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed Franck's accommodation, functional, clean and very quiet, close to shops and the city center. Franck gave us all the information we needed for a smooth stay. Don't hesitate, it's great.

A huge thank you for this great stay! The 2 undeniable assets: - the lovely welcome from Lisa and Rob, both discreet and warm, they gave us plenty of good advice in the area (including an amazing restaurant that Rob even offered to drop us off at and pick us up so we could make the most of the meal and the food and wine pairing: thank you again, it was fabulous!!!!) - private access to the garden with pool, barbecue and a magnificent view of the surrounding vineyards: you can't get enough of it!! The interior of the house is a little more basic and dark, but cool (important in these hot summer months!!) and extremely well equipped for an Airbnb (comfortable bedding, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to "really" cook, which is rare) Very well located: - 10 min from Bergerac - greenway to cycle along the Dordogne - canoeing/kayaking - many castles (including Montbazillac) - 1 hour from Sarlat and Marqueyssac Thank you for everything!!

We had a great night at François's place, the place is beautiful and very quiet. The bedding is really quality The hosts are very welcoming and the check-in instructions are clear and accurate. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

We (6 adults) had a great time at Moulin de Rabine. The site is dreamlike, perfectly restored, arranged with a lot of worries and taste! Comfortable! The pool is very well maintained, spacious - a great place to rest! Cancon offers a few shops including a good baker. The Villereal market, about 10 km, offers excellent regional products. Conclusion - the mill is an ideal base for discovering the Lot et Garonne, and the Dordogne.

Enjoy your stay. Nice welcome when we arrive. Very quiet large country house on large land. Beautiful pool and lots of games for adults and children. Well-equipped house but maybe a little old-fashioned for our taste.
