Vacation rentals with a fireplace in The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely, cosy home with everything that was needed. Jeanette has been responsive and proactive with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

Had an amazing weekend away here, was lovely and clean and was even better than what we expected! The host was so friendly and welcoming and responded to messages straight away. This is the Perfect location for people looking for a nice peaceful getaway with lots of stuff only a 10 minute drive away from everything. 10/10 no complaints at all everything was fantastic! -Kiya x

The house is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The decoration is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. All linen was clean and everything was all cleaned and tidy. There is amazing outdoor space which is sheltered so can be used in all weathers. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The home is 10 minutes outside of the city center so perfect location. The host Mun was amazing with the communication, always responded and gave clear instructions throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mya’s Air BnB, it was so lovely to have a generous welcome basket when you are only staying a couple of days, everywhere was clean and tidy, easy access to Birmingham, great to have 2 bathrooms, highly recommend

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub — it was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. It truly made the stay feel luxurious and special. Spent two nights at this property and honestly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Very homely, very clean, lovely quiet area (other than the airplanes, which after a couple of hours we very rarely noticed them going over, they didn’t cause a problem at all, in fact we enjoyed watching them and guessing where they were off to or coming from) the beds were very comfortable, so much so that I had to ask Steven and Seki where they got the duvets from (i will be ordering them). Plenty of restaurants, shops etc… nearby and only a short drive into Birmingham City Centre. We will definitely be using this property again when we find a time to travel back up.

This was our second stay at Susie's property and both times it has been exceptional. The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. Free parking is a huge plus too. We had a fabulous break and would love to visit again some time.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The flat was clean and quiet and beautiful. The location was great, right in the centre of Ashby. All the instructions were easy to follow for self check in and I really appreciated the update to say that the flat was ready before the check in time.

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

Apartment matched the photos exactly. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Host communication was prompt and clear. Fantastic Bournville location, 5 minute walk to the station and 13 minute train ride to Birmingham city centre. Easily would stay again.

My second stay and such a lovely experience again. Such a beautiful location, cosy cottage apartment and wonderful hosts.

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.
