Vacation rentals with a fireplace in West Midlands

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely, cosy home with everything that was needed. Jeanette has been responsive and proactive with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

The house is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The decoration is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. All linen was clean and everything was all cleaned and tidy. There is amazing outdoor space which is sheltered so can be used in all weathers. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The home is 10 minutes outside of the city center so perfect location. The host Mun was amazing with the communication, always responded and gave clear instructions throughout my stay.

A fantastic, super-equipped house, able to easily cater for all 12 of us! The pictures don’t do the accommodation justice and there is ample room with everything you would need for a great stay. The on-road parking was initially a small concern, but it needn’t have been as we never had a problem. The only thing I’d comment on is the stairs! It took a couple of us out with the fluffy carpet and tight corners! 😃 Perfect for family meet ups - would recommend!

A great base to use if visiting the NEC, couldn't have been much closer! David's house was clean, easy to find and had a lovely little garden.

Well equipped home, really appreciated welcome pack of croissants, milk and juice. All toiletries, kitchen and cleaning products provided together with few breakfast options. When you’re only staying somewhere a couple of days it’s a bonus not to have to go grocery shopping! Lovely park nearby for walking the dog and perfectly located for visiting our child at university locally. Mya was a great host, replying quickly to messages.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

it was a last minute late booking late at night had no issues. Place was clean ,and comfortable would definitely recommend and stay again

The place is decent, and its really like the pictures. Just the building surrounding not clean properly by the management of the building. Mario is good responsive and very alert. i recommended this place if u need to cook during fasting month it is very helpful. Look ahead to come again in the future

We had a lovely couple of days in Birmingham and the flat was a great base, central enough to be able to visit the sights but also quiet enough to relax. The flat had everything we needed. Thanks!

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment matched the photos exactly. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Host communication was prompt and clear. Fantastic Bournville location, 5 minute walk to the station and 13 minute train ride to Birmingham city centre. Easily would stay again.

Excellent location - nice & quiet, but very close to Moseley high street at the same time! Also - such pretty stained glass!

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.
