This is a little gem, i cannot tell you how clean, welcoming for all. There fresh scones that we loved with clotted cream and Jam... you are missing a trick if you have not stayed here with access to The Harbour Hotel Spa

Wow what a fabulous little nook that we stayed in, enjoyed everything about are stay Jenny is a fabulous host and would highly recommend to any one with a furry friend. It was our 🐕 first holiday and he was so overwhelmed with waking up to the cows 🐄 in the morning as he loves them. Thank you again Jenny for the most relaxing break away which my husband truly needed and can honestly say he is now fully relaxed. We would love to come visit again 🥰 Ragnor 🐕 says thank you too 🥰

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Would definitely recommend Kim and Martyn place for a holiday destination. The accommodation is fantastic with such wonderful views extending for miles. Our family loved the location and our 3yr old grand daughter loved going to watch calf’s being fed. There was plenty of room for everybody and the facilities are home from home. 11/10 for everything. The patio and outside area was perfect for early evening drinks as the late sun dropped over the hills. Would recommend Bantham Beach, brilliant for young children with warm and shallow waters for plenty of fun. Dartmouth is a lovely town to stroll along the estuary and we enjoyed crabbing in Brixham.
