Anthony was a great host, being both proactive and responsive. Our seven-night stay was among the longer Airbnb stays my husband and I had made, and Anthony’s place had everything to keep us comfortable even for that duration. Kudos to Veronica for nice decoration touches that made it feel cozy. The location was ideal for us to access Nathan Benderson park twice daily for on-water training week. We would absolutely return next time we are in town.

The unit is on the end of the main house. It was clean and well maintained. It have everything I needed. The neighborhood was dark and quiet, no noises or anything to wake you or concern. Laura was extremely responsive and helpful. Will likely stay here again when I come back

Beautiful, private and pristine. Lovely little spot in the corner of quality. Great place for the price Megan's space had more amenities than a hotel room including a private outside shower as well as a Washer and Dryer. If you want a nice quiet getaway this location is highly recommended. Knowing that the beach is a car ride away what else could you ask for? Every time I reached out to the host she responded in a timely fashion. Very clean and cozy.

Our stay at Carsten’s was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and we arrived to a peaceful sanctuary which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in for the week. The place was well kitted out and comfortable, close to amenities, just a few minutes’ drive to UTC, supermarkets, cafes etc. and very easy to get to the beach, which we did often. The pool and pool area are lovely though and very private so it was a real toss up deciding whether to have a pool or a beach day! We enjoyed using the barbecue, the outdoor space is so tranquil, we would sit out there listening to the woodpeckers and watching the squirrels and bird life, just bliss. Carsten was super responsive to any queries we had and a great host. It was incredibly easy to 'live' here which is exactly what we were looking for (also great wifi speed for anyone unlucky enough to have to do some work!). We would definitely return, hence our full recommendation to choose here as your vacation base.

This is a very comfortable condo in a pretty neighborhood. Very convenient for us as we were back and forth to Nathan Benderson Park multiple times a day. It’s about 8 mins drive. Close to restaurants and shops at University Mall. Very comfortable beds and good to have a nice balcony, kitchen and washing machine.

NEW Luxury! Townhome in Sarasota

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!
