The cottage is located within the grounds of our property of nearly 1 ha, without overlooking neighbors, apart from our horses! 60 m² cottage completely refurbished, underfloor heating, fully equipped modern kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 cozy bedrooms with 160 x 200 m bedding with storage, 3-seater sofa relaxation room, fiber Wi-Fi, TV with Alexa. Terrace and private garden not overlooked, parking, motorcycle shelters, no smoking, bicycles.

Our cottage has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living space with private access to the terrace and garden. The living room consists of a sofa, TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto the dining area. You will have access to the bathroom (walk-in shower, cabinet with sink). Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area. A closed room is accessible in the basement.

This cottage at 550 m altitude will delight nature lovers, you can come with your family. Just 8 minutes from Guebwiller, Murbach with its majestic Abbey and its charming Notre Dame de Lorette chapel is nestled in a green setting. There are many walks and for the more athletic there is no shortage of mountain bike trails. 30 minutes from Colmar and Mulhouse, 45 minutes from Basel or Fribourg, many varied tourist discoveries (wine route, castles, museums etc...)

We are happy to offer you our Gite "le Charmot" to allow you to rest and discover our region. Located in a quiet village, at the foot of the Vosges, between the valleys of the Thur and the Doller. The gite is in close proximity to major roads, close to the train station and MULHOUSE international airport. Trips to Southern Alsace

Fully renovated 50 m2 barn accommodating 1–4 people (suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, but not for 4 adults). This studio includes: an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two single beds in the mezzanine (please note the mezzanine is very low) open to the living area, a double bed (160 cm). Beds are made when guests arrive. Bath towels are provided. There's a parking space. The accommodation is located in a small quiet village.
