You have 3 acres of yard for parking and pets, all fenced. Propane for grill and fire pit provided. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!

This charming two bedroom home is centrally located in Durant within minutes of Choctaw Casino, scenic Lake Texoma, and Southeastern Oklahoma State University. A variety of restaurants are only a hop, skip, and a jump away! You can either stay in and relax with Smart TV, WiFi, a good book and a cup of coffee, or venture out to explore the area. Or both!
