This place was so perfect for us! Lots of room for us to spread out, which we so desperately needed!!! Plenty of activities, beautiful surroundings, a well stocked kitchen, and the host were very accommodating to our needs. I cannot thank them enough for providing such a wonderful getaway and experience for our family. Planning to return this summer.

Absolutely loved the Plake House!! We had our wedding here, Nicole the house manager was so accommodating to us, and even let us tour the space before our stay! She allowed us to come onsite and install garden speakers, and allowed us late check out! Really couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue, and a place for my family to stay for the whole weekend, and definitely not at the price we got it for!

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the weekend. We loved all the nature and the scenery. We hope to return!

Just book it. I have to brag on Ashley; she is absolutely AMAZING. I told her that I was booking her place for a Ladies Retreat and that I will be making brunch on Sunday. Not only did Ashley get us an extra twin bed to make sure that everyone was comfortable, but she also got us additional serving platters to make sure my brunch was perfect. Excellent communication from beginning to end. During our stay, a very bad storm came in and we lost power. When we woke up trees and powerlines were down. Ashley came to house with a cooler with ice for us because she knew we had a lot of food from the brunch. She also brought us some batteries, fans and flashlights. During the power restoration process, she kept up updated with status and made sure we were ok the entire time. Because of the storm, she also extended a late check out to our group. I highly and undoubtable recommend staying at Ashley's place. You will NOT regret it. It's clean, beautiful and the LAKE. Two thumbs up. Thanks Ashley.

We had such a great time! This house was perfect for our mother daughter weekend. The house was freshly decorated and looked fabulous. The location was peaceful and on the water. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. We would choose this place again if we needed a place to stay in Denison.

The house is amazing, great space for a family getaway. Very peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of wildlife to see and wilderness to explore. The house includes everything needed and the host were extremely communicative! We did not go anywhere but the host does provide information about locate places to visit.

This was our second time staying with Melissa. She remembered us as soon as we booked and we felt like we were coming to our 2nd home. Melissa communicates beautifully and you can tell she takes great care of her clients and home. She is the best!!

We had a wonderful time at Kera’s beautiful home. The house is clean with plenty of space for everyone - there was even a high chair and pack n play for my grand baby to use. The back yard is amazing with an amazing fire pit and fun swing sets - my grand daughters loved playing there! The water was very high due to lots of rain so we were not able to see the sandy beach. Kera is very sweet and responsive - definitely a fun place to go with family! Loved our stay!

From the very first moment till the last moment of communication , Jordan were always standby to help me for any question or advice i want. I didn't meet him face to face , but i can tell that he is one the best owners i have ever dealed with

Great place to stay for multiple families. My family and I enjoyed the large family space, the games available, and the outdoor BBQ area. Awesome Place!

5 stars! The house was absolutely wonderful — we’re definitely coming back! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning views of the lake and backyard. The open floor plan made the whole space feel so spacious and welcoming, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. We loved the game room and really appreciated having two refrigerators — such a thoughtful touch for a group stay. But my absolute favorite was the pickleball court! Playing under the bright lights at night was such a fun bonus. And I have to say — I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well-stocked. You seriously don’t need to bring a thing. It had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was close to the lake and shopping. Great restaurants nearby! We would consider visiting again!

We really enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful with lots of great amenities and was super clean. Dustin and Dayna were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them. Couldn't have asked for better hosts or location!

My family and I really enjoyed the pool! The backyard view of the lake was beautiful especially with coffee in the morning. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was easy to check in and the host was very prompt when I had questions. Extra bonus: there were plenty of towels!

Kim’s lake house is modern, clean and spacious. The kids and adults enjoyed our stay. There are two living areas so there is plenty of space to spread out! Kim was a very responsive host and was so thoughtful with accommodating our large group. Our favorite part of the home was the view of the lake. We loved being able to enjoy the lake at our own leisure. The yard was freshly mowed and well-kept. No ant mounds for us to worry about! Lake Lavon is beautiful and it was not crowded at all! We were able to kayak and paddle boat our way around to see the coves around the lake. We’d recommend this home to anyone visiting Farmersville!

Zero complaints, all compliments. Great place, super clean, easy check in and easy task when departing. Price is great for the space provided. Would 100% book this spot again! Cheers!

Great place to unwind from the city and just a few minutes from the lake!! Our kids definitely enjoyed it!
