We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment located right on the winery property. The apartment itself was just the right size for our group of four. We loved being so close to the vineyard and truly enjoyed the unique experience of staying on-site. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind!

The cottage is well appointed, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen basic supplies. I enjoyed the generous volume of books. Nice variety of art. Pick up a bag of ice on your way in. The porch was very nice for a slow morning after our long drive from Utopia.

We really enjoyed our extended stay with Janel and family. She was a super great hostess and welcomed us into her home. She was very responsive and communicated often and even dropped off supplies! The area is a great location and close to many attraction and events in the Frisco area. You want to visit park? It's down the street. You want to visit The Star (go Cowboys)? It's less than 10 miles way. You want to visit the lake? It's walking distance from Janel's home. You have everything within minutes AND you are still in a very quiet, rural area. You can't ask for more!! Come visit my new friend Janel and her lovely home!

Carrie’s place was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and organized. She was very responsive to all communications. We stayed a month and felt right at home. The price was quite reasonable and we would absolutely stay there again.

If you visiting Lake Texoma, this is a great place only 15 minutes from lake. Betsy stayed in contact with us and we enjoyed the bunkhouse and outdoors accommodations. Highly Recommend!

Just wanted to say a few words about our fun stay at the Beverly-Harris guest house. We were there to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday and couldn’t have found a better place! This little gem is tiny but checks all the boxes for a great stay. We walked downtown for shopping and dinner and came back to enjoy the house and beautiful courtyard. Host was accommodating and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The place was everything that I needed for spending the time in the area. I was very clean and well equipped. I would stay there again.

David’s place was such a great stay! We didn’t want to have to stay in town or in the busy areas and this place was the perfect fit! It was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. David was a great communicator and helpful with local recommendations. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely book again!

It was such a cute place. It was very generous of the host to have cold water and wine in the fridge before we got there. The couch and bed were comfortable. My dog enjoyed the big yard.

My experience here was 5 star. Kareem is a kind and responsive host. He made space under the carport for my vehicle before a severe storm came through. His place is also very clean and has great recommendations on the area for food. I do plan on staying again if his listing is available. Thank you Kareem!

The cozy cottage was a great place to stay while we were house hunting in the area after moving to Texas from out of state. The accommodations are very comfortable and location couldn’t be better for walking downtown to shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown McKinney.

Our stay at Deborah's place was absolutely fabulous. The first day we went on a walk and picked the most beautiful bouquet of wildflowers, accompanied by the sweetest welcoming committee of furry friends. The space was unique, and very comfortable. We had the best time and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone! We will be back again if we are ever in the area.

Enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect to see friends in the area. I was concerned about the expressway, but did not hear any road noise at night. The air conditioner gave just enough white noise to cover any and all noise. The neighborhood was very safe and established and we regretted not bringing the bikes so we could’ve explored more. Loved having an ice maker and full kitchen.

My family and I absolutely loved our time at this Airbnb!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, quiet, and a beautiful getaway!

Justin was fantastic at keeping in touch! We had a 30 day stay and he let us know from the start he was there for anything we needed and check on us frequently! I would recommend him as a host without reservation!

Amazing place, my2nd visit to The Martin….feels like home. Sarah has put her heart and soul into this place as well has her shared backyard. Met the family, Trace…get on the zipline! watched ACM show w BBQ, bonfire and hot tub…doesn’t get any better.

Excellent place. Tranquil and serene. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing laid back experience this is the place. Julie is excellent host. Place is new, modern, fully equipped in the middle of rural surrounding. Lake front property very well Managed. Julie goes above and beyond .. she gifted us local red wine to make our anniversary time memorable. Very thoughtful of her. I highly recommend.

Excellent stay! The property is beautiful. The location is perfect - close enough to Denton and surrounding areas, yet remote enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is beautiful and clean. The super comfy beds are a plus. We come to this area often and will definitely stay here again.
