Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

A really lovely, spacious apartment right on the water! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was such a nice bonus for a long stay. Also a nice that we arrived to welcome gifts from the hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

The house was super clean and the views were incredible. It was nice to eat on the terrace. You can see the Island of San Pietro and Sant Antonio from the balcony. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable and nice. We went with our 2-year-old daughter and we were very comfortable, they also provided a crib and a high chair for her. We also really enjoyed the barbecue. It's a quiet village, ideal for resting. It has a small but very nice market. It's a good place to explore the southwest of the island by car. The ferry port to go to the island of San Pietro is very close to the house. We are very happy and would repeat!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is the perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, spider or cat enter the terrace? Well, yes. But that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the signal is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very nice and quick to answer questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

The house is very modernly furnished. The appliances are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, only storage facilities are missing in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze) as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Anna's apartment is very nice and comfortable; furnished with excellent taste and served with everything you need. Anna was really courteous, kind and very helpful. We had a great time in your apartment. We will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend it! Great experience.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.
