Vacation rentals with beach access in Teulada

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

We had a fantastic holiday! The apartment was very clean and suitably furnished. We liked the two balconies best, so we always had a warm and a cool place to be outside. We really liked the proximity to the beautiful beaches! Enrico was very helpful with questions. Overall a wonderful holiday in beautiful Sardinia!

We had a fabulous few days staying in Massimo’s apartment. It’s on the very elegant Piazza Carmine with wonderful views over the tree-lined square from the rooms. The location was perfect - close to the station (it’s only 6 minutes by train to the airport) and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit in Cagliari. The are many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself was perfect - high ceilings, spacious rooms, tall windows/doors opening onto the balcony, stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

This is a truly lovely apartment. It's well equipped, with everything you need, plus many special touches. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but is just a 15 -minute walk to a gorgeous beach and less than a 10- minute walk to the center of Pula. We loved the area and the charming town. Sabrina and Mauro were very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the welcoming treats for our arrival. We hope to return.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. We had a relaxing week, right on the beach

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Enrico is a great host! The communication from the beginning was friendly, clear and reliable. The house was just as beautiful as in the description – very clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt right at home. Check-in and check-out were also completely straightforward. You can tell that Enrico is passionate about his work and wants to make his guests have a pleasant time. I highly recommend staying with him and would come back anytime!

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The decor is well cared for in every detail, in perfect "sea house" style, cozy and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We had a great stay at Stefania's place. The apartment is in a quiet location and has parking in front of the house or in the underground car park. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can start the day on the terrace and sit outside for a long time in the evening. Nearby is a supermarket and you can walk very well to the center in a few minutes. There are a few restaurants and cafes and small shops to stroll. Pula is a really nice little town worth a visit. We can absolutely recommend staying with Stefania.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.
