Townhome vacation rentals in Teulada

We stayed at the place for 1 week in June and felt very comfortable right away. When furnishing the terraced house, which is quietly located in a holiday complex, the landlords have gone to great lengths - there are many loving details that you sometimes only discover at second glance. The double bed is large and very comfortable (not too soft and not too hard, just right!) The gem of the apartment is the spacious, covered terrace and the secluded garden, where you can be all to yourself. (However, during our stay, most of the houses in the neighborhood were not occupied - preseason!) The pool was also not open yet… Another highlight was the outdoor shower on the front terrace to take a quick shower after the beach. We also liked the small attentions of the hostess such as Crodino, snacks and drinks to welcome us. A perfect place to discover the great beaches of the area around Chia from here!

We had a great time in this house. The garden and terrace are very pleasant. The house is well-equipped, secure parking space, which is very convenient. The city center is just a 20-minute walk, shopping even closer. I would recommend it in a second! Thanks for the welcome:)

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The place is comfortable, equipped with all the accessories, as if were your own beach house. Adjacent both the indoor and outdoor spaces to make the most of the holiday days, in relaxation. We also thank Mrs. Aurora for the tips and assistance given, and farmer Davide available with local products. We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We could park in front of the property. Perfect for visiting the surrounding area, we recommend it.

Friendly and precise host, very nice and cozy apartment, deliberately left with an almost original layout so as not to change the characteristics of the typical houses of the town too much. Perfect for walking to the beach or strolling through the village at night.

Antonio was immediately an attentive and helpful host. Her cottage offers all the essentials for a relaxed holiday and to enjoy all that this wonderful island has to offer. The house was clean, and equipped with the essentials as described in the listing. It is located in the context of terraced villas, extremely quiet and full of greenery, a day for us and our cana. The location is great, the campus beach is reachable on foot, a very short walk away, also a market equipped with everything and a great restaurant. Villasimius is a 10-minute drive, and it's really cute! Antonio was very helpful, meeting our needs and pampering us with some typical treats! Highly recommended host, we hope to be back soon!

The place is located right above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The area is quiet and clean. There are sun beds, beach umbrella and mosquitoes nets.

Manuela is a fantastic host, one of the best hosts I have had during my travels. The house is 10/10 in all aspects, she took care of the smallest details and was super clean at check in. The location is fantastic with a private beach ideal for those seeking privacy and relax. Highly recommended and worth returning to.

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in this house by the sea in Sardinia! The location is simply unbeatable – you could really walk to the beach in a bathing suit. Also, a very good restaurant was within walking distance, and we ate excellently there. The house was perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. There were toys for children, a crib, a child seat and even parasols for the beach. The garden was a real highlight for our child – plenty of space to play and romp. We were particularly pleased that there was great gluten-free pizza in Cagliari – ideal for people with intolerances. The proximity to many other beautiful beaches was also great – by car you can quickly reach everywhere. In addition, there was a very generous basic supply of food, shower gel and other useful things – thank you Stefano

Very pleasant accommodation that totally matches the description and photos. Maria is super responsive and advises you on nearby beaches and restaurants. It's perfect for a family with children. A little extra: screens on the windows of the bedrooms which is a real advantage. Chia is small but you have several cities 20/30 minutes from the house. Beautiful and tranquil destination in October.

This place is incredible

We had a pleasant stay at this villa ideally located on the heights of the south-east coast of Sardinia. Surrounded by hills and quiet, it offers a perfect setting to relax. The large terrace, with its unobstructed view, and the outdoor kitchen were real assets to fully enjoy the beautiful days. The warm welcome of Elodie and Luca, a lovely young Franco-Italian couple, greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. Their availability and kindness made a difference. A place we would definitely recommend!

Nadia's house is in an excellent location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Chia and also Teulada and Santa Margherita di Pula. The area is very quiet and lends itself to a seaside holiday and serenity. The house, although small in size, is perfect for 2-3 people, furnished with intelligence and taste in a marine style, it immediately makes you feel on vacation; equipped with everything you need and even more, new, clean and fresh. The magnificent patio offers the possibility to spend pleasant evenings outside. Finally, the availability of the owner and the precious and professional Sabrina complete the super positive experience of this stay in Chia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Donatella is very nice, available and efficient. Very good stay, close to a large supermarket and a large beach. Good base for visiting southern Sardinia!

The accommodation is very quiet and very well located. It is spacious and functional, nothing missing. We quickly got our bearings. Beaches and places to visit are easy to access. From the accommodation, you can even see the sea, it's great! In conclusion, if you want to enjoy and especially discover the South-West of Sardinia in peace, I think that the MASAINAS area and especially Marco's accommodation will be an excellent choice and will meet all your expectations. Very friendly and caring host. Only 5 mins walk to a small but beautiful beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. In the description it said no wifi, TV or washing machine but actually you have them all. We spent a beautiful and unforgetable week there. Thank you, Luca! :) Highly recommend.
